PART ONE:
INTRODUCTION
Although the Bible does not talk about “Karma,” “Lords of Karma,” or “Halls of Karma,” I shall try to lead you into a place of peace, that comfort in knowing once you have transitioned, you will have the reassurance that in the transition, all will be okay according to thy Will of God and the faithfulness of the Mighty Legions of Light on the First Ray which is our beloved Ascended Master Chohan El Morya, Archangel Michael and Elohim Hercules who are waiting on your calls to them today. They have the ability to bring to your spirit the perfection of the Holy Spirit throughout your body system to align and adjust that which brings you distress and turn it around for your good if only you would call them forth.
Faith and Assurance in Hebrews 11:1-3 states, “Now faith is the assurance of what we hope for and the certainty of what we do not see. This is why the ancients were commended.By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.
The Faith of Isaac, Jacob, Joseph in Hebrews 11:20-22 states, “By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning the future. By faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph’s sons and worshiped as he leaned on the top of his staff. By faith Joseph, when his end was near, spoke about the exodus of the Israelites and gave instructions about his bones.”
In Mathew Henry’s Commentary he states, “Hebrews 11:20-31 Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, concerning things to come. Things present are not the best things; no man knoweth love or hatred by having them or wanting them. Jacob lived by faith, and he died by faith, and in faith. Though the grace of faith is of use always through our whole lives, it is especially so when we come to die. Faith has a great work to do at last, to help the believer to die to the Lord, so as to honour him, by patience, hope, and joy. Joseph was tried by temptations to sin, by persecution for keeping his integrity; and he was tried by honours and power in the court of Pharaoh, yet his faith carried him through. It is a great mercy to be free from wicked laws and edicts; but when we are not so, we must use all lawful means for our security. In this faith of Moses’ parents there was a mixture of unbelief, but God was pleased to overlook it. Faith gives strength against the sinful, slavish fear of men; it sets God before the soul, shows the vanity of the creature, and that all must give way to the will and power of God.” We must draw on our faith and assurance that as we end this life, the will of God is present and active to carry us through to our destiny of the unknown and in this unknown, we shall paint a colorful picture of what I feel will happen upon the screen of life.
THE LORDS OF KARMA
The Temple of Mercy and Love is what is referred to as the Halls of Karma and it is a great White Square Building many refer to it as the Judgement Hall which is located in the lower etheric realm. Everyone who goes through the cycle of so-called death enters this building shortly after it is released from the physical embodiment. “1It is a requirement of the soul to pass through the Judgement Hall again before it is given its assignment into a new earth body.” In your finite mind your remembrance of Halls of Karma are integrated there, every lifestream (individual) is aware of this. This may be because the sphere to which the soul is assigned and in part to the uncertain activities in life that the individual has generated its past judgement and has combined into the countless beliefs the inaccurate doctrines of the Wrath and Punishment of God, which is not true.
An offering of complete educational experience is what the Lords of Karma bring to humanity of earth. “1A thorough understanding of the Great Service, rendered the evolving souls upon the planet by these Mighty Beings known as ‘the Lords of Karma’, will take this fear of so-called death and judgment from the consciousness and feeling world, and help the individual passing through the change called “death,” as well as his loved ones remaining yet on the Earth.” Most individuals have an overwhelming fear of what will happen during their transition.
One must realize that their soul’s purpose for coming to Earth was for a collective experience in which to understand their own unique experience and find that purposeful, intimate, relationship with the SELF to help forge ahead into their ascension process. “1The Great process of evolution requires that the soul of man must express in a physical body and learn to master and control the qualification of his life energy in order to qualify for certain Spiritual Offices in the scheme of universal evolutions. Many beings never choose to embody, but for the sake of brevity, we will consider only these who voluntarily choose to assume physical embodiment, either as Guardians of the human race or in order to gain experience and mastery of energy as a member of this evolution.” This service is a debt of gratitude in learning about oneself and helping the individual along their phase of evolution.
What does one have to look forward to while they go through this process? “1In order to regulate the entrance of souls into physical bodies, give them an opportunity to develop and mature on the Earth, and then release them at the close of a certain cycle to make room for other lifestreams awaiting a similar opportunity to enter the school room of Earth, a Board of Celestial Beings was created. The service of these Great Beings has been diversified and very complex for they are concerned with providing the greatest possible opportunities for each one of the ten billion souls who use our Earth to evolve to greater spirituality.” In understanding how this process works, you might feel a sense of appreciation in just the knowledge and awareness of this method.
“1The Celestial Body is known as the Karmic Board, and its decisions are final in connection with the dispositions of the affairs of mankind, except in rare instances where petitions are placed before the Suns of the System, and dispensations are granted to accelerate the progress of the race.” The present Members of the Karmic Board are:

THE MAHA CHOHAN ACCEPTS FINAL BREATH
1“At the moment when the soul is about to leave the physical body, the Great Being the Maha Chohan, who represents the Holy Spirit to the Earth, prepares to accept the final breath. It is He Who Breathes the first breath into the body when the individual is born. As He accepts the final breath, the silver cord is severed and an Angel or an Ascended Master awaits the soul and escorts it to a beautiful realm for “rest” which is the orthodox Heaven of mankind’s general belief.
After a short rest, the soul meets with certain friends and loved ones, if they have not reembodied. Then a Messenger of the Karmic Board comes with a summons to appear before Them.
1″We are speaking now of the average constructive individual who has developed certain God qualities and spiritual interests and so has earned individual consideration. The great mass of sleeping souls are in a somnambulistic state during the entire procedure and so are gently carried by Spirit Guardians after the mass judgment, to a suitable Sphere where they can be awakened. There is still a third group of spiritually developed lifestreams who have earned the special individual assistance of the Karmic Board, and of the few who are ready for the Ascension, we shall speak of in a future lesson.” The Maha Chohan is the representative of the Holy Spirit. The one who holds this office in hierarchy represents the Holy Spirit of the Father-Mother God, of Alpha and Omega, to the evolutions of this planet and to the elemental kingdom. Maha Chohan means “Great Lord,” and the Maha Chohan is the Great Lord of the seven chohans, the director of the seven chohans of the rays. Among the qualifications for this office in hierarchy is the attainment of adeptship on each of the seven rays, which merge into the pure white light of the Holy Spirit. With the seven chohans, he initiates our souls in preparation to receive the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit. The Temple of Comfort is the retreat of the Maha Chohan in the etheric realm over the island of Sri Lanka (formerly known as Ceylon). It has a physical focus in a large home overlooking a tea plantation. The council chamber where the seven chohans meet with the Maha Chohan is in this retreat, the headquarters for their joint service to earth.
DESCRIPTION INSIDE THE HALLS OF KARMA
Use your imagination to go with me into the abyss of the unknown. As we approach 1“the Halls of Karma, you see the great high doors open wide. Groups of individuals are entering through the arched doorway under the guidance of Angelic Beings; the individuals Spirits accompanied by Great Shining Beings of Light. These all join the groups ascending the stairs toward the Door. As you draw near the Open Doors, you are overwhelmed by the great size of the Building and the long corridor that stretches before you as far as you can see.” Your heart may be pounding as you take in all that you are observing, just take a deep breath in and exhale out the feelings of gratitude.
DIFFERENT ROOMS FOR DIFFERENT COUNTRIES
1″As you pass along the corridor, you notice doorways opening off the central corridor and over each doorway is the name of a country or nation, ‘China,’ ‘India,’ ‘Argentina,’ and so on. Groups of individuals turn off from time to time from the main corridor and enter these small antechambers. They are awaiting the summons by a Messenger of the Karmic Board.”
1″As you proceed the entire length of the corridor, you finally come to the great audience chamber and entering quietly, seat yourself just inside the door. Before you is a large chamber, not unlike the House of Commons in England, and upon the raised dais in front of the room are Seven Throne Chairs. The seats in the room are all occupied with individual souls, together with their Sponsors, or with groups of individuals with their Guardians and Protectors.”
1″A great Angelic Being calls the name of each individual or group; they rise with their Sponsors and proceed to the front of the room. There the RECORD of the LIFE JUST ENDED on Earth is read in a loud and disconcerting voice by the ANGEL of RECORDS. The Holy Christ Self of the individual reports on what the individual COULD HAVE DONE according to his natural talents while in an earth body. These two reports are compared – For the manner in which the SOUL used opportunity will determine its future assignments.”
1″We might say here, that opportunity is while you are here on Earth, it is too late to try and use it after you leave in so-called death. It is here that the CAUSES are set up, and it is HERE that they must be met and balanced. You must prove your mastery of the Life entrusted to you while in a physical embodiment. What you do here determines what takes place between embodiments as well as the opportunities that will be afforded you when you come back into another embodiment. Many souls have to be restrained when the record of its life on Earth is read before the Karmic Board when it sees WHAT IT MIGHT HAVE DONE to assist individuals and conditions while here.”
1″It is your DAILY, HOURLY LIVING that builds either the distressing Karma, or the Crown of Light. You do not live on the heights all day of every day, but you get up in the morning and go through a day of various monotenous activities, during which time you are thinking and feeling something every moment. You can ask yourself, “How do I affect people?” “Do I bring out the best in them or the worst? Do I make them happy and comfortable? or do I affect them, so they are glad to get away from me?”
1″Be so grateful for a beating heart each day and the opportunities It gives you to gain mastery in your world. It has to be done sometime. When the Flame in your heart withdraws, it is too late. If you earnestly try each day to make the world a better place for YOU by living in it, and try to bring happiness into the world of some other part of life, when your summons comes, there will be nothing to fear, for you will know you did your best, which is all anyone can do, for it is a wonderful feeling to know, by having taken advantage of these many opportunities LIFE offers us to serve on this planet Earth, you have sowed the good seeds and by so doing you have made this a better world.”
WHAT WE MUST DO
“5We need to aim for perfection. Each day our behavior should be perfection. The Ascended Masters express only perfection. The God Presence within you is perfection. We must desire to be perfection in action each day”. Each time you think a thought, evaluate it, each time you speak, asses it, each time you do something, determine if that is of perfection. Keep this up each day to deal with the impeding distractions all around us each day. Utilize the rays of the days to focus your attention on the Violet Flame to transmute all discord that is being bombarded into your world and gain mastery over all of your situation every day.

7“Beloved mighty, victorious Presence of God “I AM,” the source that is anchored within each of our hearts, we love and adore you. We acknowledge you to be the owner and giver of all life, our intelligence, our substance, our all! We call on beloved Archangel Michael and on all Ascended Beings who serve on the First Ray and especially on Elohim Hercules and Ascended Master El Morya. As we pour out our deepest love and gratitude to the Ascended Host of Light for bringing forth this teaching, blaze (3) your Blue Flame of God’s Will through and around us, eternally sustained. Seal us in your light and love and power of victorious accomplishment. Guard and protect us, guide and direct us and give us the illumination of truth that shall set us free!”
