When the phrase, ” ‘Mighty I AM Presence,’ come forth!” is spoken, it is always a Call to the “God Presence” to pour forth or release the Outpouring of Perfection that the one (YOU) making the Call desires. These words are charged with Beloved Saint Germain’s Ascended Master Consciousness and the Ray of Light and Love from His Heart, which are His Ascended Master Feeling and Comprehension of its Full Power, forever self-sustained. The very substance of Earth is being quickened into greater activity; and as the Children of God walk the Earth, so shall they feel the Current of God flowing in-quickening them into greater Love, Loyalty, and desire for Thy Freedom. Thou art entering into Thy Great Freedom. Thou dost seem in the throes of pain; but Thou wilt be born into that great Peace, Health, Happiness, and Prosperity. We give praise and thanks that this is God’s Wisdom – the “Mighty I AM Presence” -speaking. The Christ Child enfolding Thee… It no longer pleads but commands obedience of all that is of the outer to the service of the Inner “Presence. ” The Power of Divine Love governs Thee and consumes all unlike Itself America! We give praise and thanks that Thou art a Great jewel within the Heart of God, the Lamp of Illumination lighted by the “Mighty I AM Presence,” the Chalice, the Crystal Cup holding within Its pure Radiance the Freedom, Peace, Health, Prosperity, and Illumination of those who dwell within Thy Embrace. May all the World feel Thy Radiance and be blest by It. Peace! Peace! Peace! And on Earth goodwill to man. ARCTURUS

“I AM” the “Presence” that enables you to feel that the money you require for use is My Gift and Substance to you—in the form of money—and when I give, the Freedom of Divine Love acts. Then know that “I AM” the only Giver of all money that comes to you, or ever will come to you. Therefore, when you call to Me, I answer you through avenues you dream not of. You cannot be deprived of money for things to use when you call the “Mighty I AM Presence” into action, for “I AM” the only Intelligence that can act!
“I AM” the only Power that can act!
“I AM” the Enfolding Light of Divine Love forever active, that releases your requirements through Divine Love, forever sustained!
“I AM” the Light of your Life!

“I AM” the Mighty Energy that sustains you and gives you Intelligence by which to act!
“I AM” the Resurrection of your Life now!
“I AM” the Open Door to your Freedom, which no man can shut—no human creation can shut!
“I AM” the Fulfillment of every constructive Desire within your consciousness and feeling!
“I AM” the Power that gives you achievement!
“I AM” the Intelligence that directs you!
“I AM” the Light that lighteth every man that cometh into the world!
“I AM” the Light within your Heart, that fills your body with Perfect Health, in which no human concept of pain or weather has any power to stand!

“I AM” the Expansion of the Light within your Heart, quickening the Light within every cell of your body, producing Harmony, Beauty, and Perfection in your mind, face, and body!

“I AM” the Strength within you that gives you Courage and Power to hold to My Great Intelligence and Energy, that gives you Perfection in your Life and world!
“I AM” the Glory of God made manifest on Earth through your mind and body!
“I AM” the Great Fire Breath of God that breathes through your lungs, giving you Perfect Life!
“I AM” your Courage, your Strength, your Dominion over everything—over every habit that has found expression which is undesirable in your world! Then “I AM” the “Presence” that now removes it! Will you not accept it?
“I AM” the Creator of all Life!
“I AM” the Creator of Earth and sea!
“I AM” the Voice that speaks through every human being when constructive thought and feeling is expressed. When it is not constructive, then it is your human qualification clothing My Energy that is Pure and Perfect, which I send forth to give you Freedom!
“I AM” the Intelligence, the Love, the Wisdom, the Power that enables you to make the Ascension, when you will so decree It for yourself!
“I AM” the “Presence” speaking—not this form! If you will accept these Decrees, issued by the Authority of my “Presence,” the “Mighty I AM,” then shall each be fulfilled in you, through you, and for you, that you may go free from all human creation!
“I AM” the Violet Consuming Flame! If you will invite It into action, I will send It through your body, consuming all discord and inharmony which you have drawn about you through the centuries; and “I AM” the Power that does it!

“I AM” the Life of all Creation!
“I AM” the Energy that gives action!
“I AM” the Life that gives action to every form!
“I AM” the Mighty, Purifying “Presence” of every human being, of every condition, when “I AM” called into action!

“I AM” the Authority in your Life and world that now asserts Itself to produce the Harmony necessary for your Freedom! Accept this!

“I AM” the Wisdom that directs everyone who will give attention to Me, unto the fullness of each one’s Freedom and Absolute Glory of Life!
“I AM” the Wisdom, when invited, that prevents all mistakes of mankind!
“I AM” the Authority that silences every human destructive activity when called into action to do so!
“I AM” the “Presence” that silences and places out of action all destructive activity of every person, association, or whatever sends forth destructive activity to My Presentation—through the other Ascended Masters and Mighty Saint Germain—of this Light and Work!
“I AM” the “Presence,” the Commanding “Presence,” which calls forth the Mighty Legions of Light to seize, bind, and remove all discarnate entities from all castles on the face of this Earth; from all palaces; from all homes; from all apartments; from all mining activities; from all industrial activities; from the governments of America! I say to all forces of human creation, “You shall no longer have dominion over your creators, the Children of Earth”!
“I AM” the “Presence” that is Divine Justice done to My people everywhere!
“I AM” the “Presence” which shall act in your Supreme Court! in your government! in your people! to establish My Age, the Golden Age, again to mankind, and give them this time a greater opportunity to return to Me forever! No longer shall human creation dominate My people! I say to all destructive forces of human creation through the Earth—communistic or whatever destructive power that is acting through human forms: “Now you shall face Me, a Power with which you cannot cope, which you cannot harm, but which can make you helpless! This opportunity is offered!”
Mighty, Infinite Power of Light which is the Life of every form!
“I AM” the Presence of Victory there! “I AM” the Strength and Courage!

“I AM” the Mastery there! Let no human qualities longer try to obstruct My Way!
“I AM” the Life beating each human Heart! No longer shall I permit human qualities to obstruct My Way! Every human self, give obedience to My Light which has given you Life through the centuries!
“I AM” the Power of Light!

“I AM” the Points of Light within every cell of your body which has waited throughout the centuries to take My Dominion! I say this to the outer form of every human being! This goes forth on the currents throughout the Earth, into the mental and feeling world of mankind to do Its Perfect Work! Ere long, the Light shall compel every human being, every human form, to give the necessary obedience to Me, the “Mighty I AM,” that I may release them from all limitations and discord of Earth!
“I AM” the Presence of Nature, which demands its release from the discord of mankind! The Earth—Nature—is calling for its release from the quality which binds it in imperfection. When that Call comes, the Cosmic Light which “I AM” answers in the fullness of Its Mighty Power. When It reaches a certain state of vibratory action, the human form who will not give obedience becomes dissolved. Then must that Stream of Life wait a long time before such another opportunity!
“I AM” the “Presence” which creates only Harmony and Perfection. Let all the world know once and forever that no human creation, no discord was ever created except by the misuse of the energy through the Intelligence loaned to the human form!
“I AM” the Infinite Power and Outpouring of Divine Love to every form who will ask for It!
“I AM” the Open Door in every human form which no man can close, except the one who is Guardian and acting within that human form!
“I AM” the Light of your Heart filled with Health, Strength, Courage, Happiness—such Happiness as no one yet in the unascended state has ever experienced!
“I AM” the only Presence of all Life! My Words, expressing Myself, have now found attention from the Children of Earth!
“I AM” the “Presence” which has given you those Qualities of My Own by which to govern your Life, and you have forgotten Them! No longer, Beloved Ones, forget My Presence, for “I AM” your Life! “I AM” your Breath! “I AM” the fullness of everything of Perfection which you are willing to accept! Stand in My Presence, which you have come to know, and every discord shall be swept from your world and pathway!
“I AM” the Presence of all Light which holds you close in My Wondrous Embrace of Light, of Divine Love, of Authority, of Victory! Will you accept It today and let It go into action to set you Free quickly? It remains with you!
“I AM” the Light of America whose Cup shall quench the thirst of all mankind when they are obedient to My Light!
“I AM” the Light in the Heart of every human being in America; and My Light shall expand, expand, and again expand until It illumines all within Her borders!
“I AM” the Light in every avenue of industry, commerce, and daily life of Her people!
“I AM” the Light in every activity of capital which serves the American people in constructive channels!
“I AM” the Light that brought forth the Declaration of Independence, which I have decreed for the American people, and they shall have My Freedom now!

“I AM” the Directing Intelligence within this mighty Land of Light, which from this moment dissolves all that does not serve My Light!

“I AM” the Glory of God made manifest through mankind, and My Fiat to the Earth is Supreme! Since I must give It through human form, then may Its Almighty Power come into action this day to render Divine Justice and produce Divine Order in this city; to silence all qualities of human viciousness; to set the people Free; to hold them untouched by human suggestion; and to raise them into the fullness of their Almighty Power, here throughout America and the world!
“I AM” the Power that beats your Heart!
“I AM” the Light that your Higher Mental Body directs to give you Life and action within your human forms!

Energy of the Universe which you can call into action at any moment to render you whatever service is required!
Will you make the Call and free yourselves, or refuse to make it and remain in the limitations and chains of your own creation? Remember, nothing in the world can chain or bind you but yourself!
“I AM” the Light that moves forward and asks no human opinions!
“I AM” the Light that moves into action, sweeping every discord from your world!
“I AM” the Light—the Torch of Eternity, beckoning mankind to their Goal! See My Light, O Friends of America, with your eyes focused upon Its Unfed Flame, following in Its glorious train of Light to your Goal! Find your Jeweled Home in the Octave of Light! Such is your privilege, O Friends of America, O fellow Students!
“I AM” the Victory of Light in America!
“I AM” the Power that raises up limitless numbers of Ascended Master Friends of America!
“I AM” the Light, the Intelligence, the Energy acting through human beings to forever silence all human qualities!
“I AM” the “Presence” that knows the fulfilling of the Mighty Arcturus’ Fiat and that of the Goddess of Liberty!
“I AM” the Power, the Intelligence within human beings that draws them unto this Light and demands the silence of human qualities, that My Power of Light may ow forth like a Mighty River unto the Blessing of America and Her people, to take Command of Her government through its officials—Ascended Master Friends of America—who shall be placed there!
“I AM” the “Presence” that knows no defeat anywhere in this Universe, once I can have the full attention of My Garment in human form!
“I AM” the Power of the Light that knows no opposite; and that momentum is gaining Its Dominion, until one day, not far off, My Dominion shall reign by Its Power of Light through human beings everywhere!
“I AM” determined to take My Dominion in the Light within the Hearts of all mankind and their intellects! Their human qualities of viciousness shall subside—shall be dissolved and consumed by My Power in their Hearts! That Light is the Dominion; and soon, enough of mankind will be giving their attention, which will give Me the Power and Momentum— through the raising of mankind—to establish My Dominion of the Light forever, which is Peace and Good Will to man upon this Earth!
“I AM” the Presence, the Power, and the Action of the Sword of Blue Flame in the Hand of the Higher Mental Body of every one of My Children on this Earth, to now cut free forever My Light from human creation and release Its Power of the Violet Consuming Flame, that all human qualities be dissolved forever!
“I AM” the Power that knows no defeat anywhere in this Universe—and have only waited the time when enough attention of mankind would be given again to Me to assert this Dominion! Call your Higher Mental Body to see that you remain Free, untouched by human discord which deprives you of My Presence and Form taking and holding Its Dominion within your human form and world of action! See this is done today, and be My Freedom of the Light forever!

“I AM” the Presence of Life in you! Why not let It do Its Mighty Work in and through you and stop all human action? Let the Fullness of My Directing Intelligence, My Wisdom and Power flood in and through you and do Its Perfecting Work, only requiring the human to be silent and at Peace!
“I AM” your Vision! “I AM” your Sight! “I AM” your Hearing!
“I AM” your Light flowing through your body, filling your world with My Perfection!
“I AM” your Courage and Strength!
“I AM” the Correct Decision of every question that occurs in the outer world!
“I AM” the Authority in the world of action, when invited to be such!
“I AM” the Glory of Life which beautifies, perfects, and fulfills your body and mind with My Health! No one need ever lack for any good thing who will give his or her attention to Me!
“I AM” your Success, and to have My Success you must first have My Harmony in your feeling world!
“I AM” the only Voice that speaks! If you, through your power of free will, cause your voice—which uses My Energy—to speak falsehood, then I withdraw and you pay the penalty!
“I AM” the Truth, the Light!
“I AM” the Divine Justice held in action in your world when invited to do so!
“I AM” the only Presence which will act, when you have so decreed it!
“I AM” your Discrimination, which will teach you to distinguish between your human concepts and My Direction!
“I AM” the Fullness of Life!
“I AM” your Perfection when your feeling world is harmonized and still enough!
“I AM” the Energy! “I AM” the Light in every cell of your body; and as soon as your attention goes sincerely to Me, then that moment has your Ascension begun!
“I AM” your feeling which enables you to feel and realize My Power when called into action!
“I AM” the Authority, the proof which you call for! Give Me a chance to prove Myself, and “I AM” the Power that will show the human intellect whether “I AM” Real or not!
“I AM” the Glory of the Light of the Universe, and “I AM” the Fullness of Its Expression on Earth!
“I AM” your Treasure House! Look unto Me and command the Outpouring in your use of all that is required! If you divide your attention between human beings and Myself, then little shall you receive! When you give your attention to Me with the full understanding that “I AM” your Treasure House which has no limitation, then shall the Door of My Treasure House be opened and the Outpouring to you will be satisfactory!
“I AM” the Fullness of everything you require; and in the Higher Octaves there, It waits and waits for you. Your Accumulation of Good which I have gathered through all your embodiments, I hold for that day when your Adoration and Attention are sufficient to Me, to begin to release It into your world of action. Until you understand and harmonize yourselves sufficiently, I must hold this here, lest in the release of destructive qualities you destroy yourself.
“I AM” your Invincible Protection!
“I AM” the “Presence,” the Power which establishes that Tube of Light about you!
“I AM” the Power which passes the Violet Consuming Flame through you and your feeling world, and which gives you Freedom forever from all your creations! Will you not give Me an opportunity to render that Service to correct all your mistakes?
“I AM” the only Judge! I do not condemn! At a certain point in your Stream of Life, “I AM” compelled to judge!
“I AM” willing to accept forgiveness for your mistakes, and again release that Energy which becomes the Violet Consuming Flame to dispose of all your mistakes!
“I AM” here! “I AM” ready! Are you ready? Will you improve the opportunity and have My Perfection made manifest in your world?
“I AM” your Ascension into My Eternal Everlasting Self, that Eternal Light Body!
“I AM” your Divine Will which, through your attention, will set aside your human will—for it is but the wrongly qualified activity of My Will. All of My Perfect Activities you have used to requalify and produce imperfection with My Pure Energy, which I allowed to ow through your body and out into your world!
“I AM” the Resurrection and the Life of everyone here, restoring Absolute Harmony in the mind, world, and affairs of everybody!
“I AM” the Light that lighteth every man who cometh into the world; and “I AM” the Consuming Flame that consumes everything of the human creation drawn about the individual!
“I AM” the Fullness of Light commanding Perfect Health in the body of every Student of the Light, forever sustained!
“I AM” the Light within each human Heart which illumines the brain and sets it into Perfect Harmony, Divine Order, and Obedience to the “Mighty I AM Presence”!

I decree that this move forth with the speed of lightning through the mental and feeling world of mankind— dissolving, consuming everything unlike Perfection!
“I AM” the Power of Perfection sweeping into action in the Earth and in the Life of mankind with the Full Power of Cosmic Action!
“I AM” the Eternal Light of Heaven and Earth!
“I AM” the Governing Presence throughout the Universe, ready to come at the Call of the individual into action, which is bound to produce My Perfection there and hold It sustained!
“I AM” the “Presence” that moves into action at the Call of the individual, to hold My Dominion there and produce Harmony and the Light of Perfection!
“I AM” the “Presence” that never fails to answer; and to the degree that the beloved ones of Earth can feel My Radiation, will I pour forth without limit to bless, to heal, to prosper, to enlighten and set them Free from their human creation, no matter what the mistakes have been!
