PRELUDE
In the First Temple of the Outer Court, in the book of the “2Monastery of the Seven Rays, the author, Quito Ecuador (1969) expresses some of the powers of the Occultist versus the Non-Occultist by defining the word Transmutation as meaning that it is possible to control and to adjust the natural forces of gravity and magnetic attraction between material bodies, but that it is also just as possible to transform the substance and physical properties of natural objects by the manipulation of their senses. This process is somewhat complex and it lays the foundation of what is known as the ancient science of alchemy.” He was letting us know that the alchemical powers and the magical powers do separate the occultist from the non-occultist.
In today’s society, each one has the capability of possessing greater powers and capacity of spirituality than those that are around you. If you desire the teachings of the Masters, you will begin a journey of exploration of the self which will in time prepare you in the development in the higher realms of consciousness that instantly sets you apart from others who have no knowledge of themselves. What you will develop is an inherent ability to do things that no other person that you surround yourself with has done in the building of your consciousness of self-mastery and attaining unimaginable heights that would amaze the average person is not only doable but attainable through the eyes of great Masters of Light and Wisdom! You are the Master of your destiny!
INTRODUCTION
Change In Your Life
Have you had changes in your life that brought forth changes in your Reality of what you thought you knew? Let us ponder on that because the changes that are happening on the planet at this appointed time, is shifting our perception of things we thought we knew, only to find out that it wasn’t at all what we were taught and that knowledge is forever changed because it’s no longer there. In our reality, changes are happening very quickly now as life of yesterday feels like a century ago and it was only yesterday that certain things do not apply to the makeup of life any longer. Your use to a certain way of doing things and one fell swoop it’s not equatable to the norm. The policy of it has been tossed out, the procedures just changed over night and your left with having to reposition your thought processes into a new normal.
Genesis 35:2. “So Jacob said to his household and to all who were with him, "Put away the foreign gods which are among you, and purify yourselves and change your garments;”
Change In Circumstances
We just went into a paradigm shift of what we thought of life as we knew it to be, only to have the rug lifted from us to shock us into a state of bewilderment and confusion. Having to fin for ourselves with no government in tow to fix the very thing that’s broken. How is it that this has happened and we are all left with a lot of questions and no apparent answers to our questions. The very circumstances that we find ourselves in was not an overnight change, this has been in the works for a long time. Not everything that we thought we knew was totally revealed to us, the revelation of things came at a cost, it came with penalties in play and it came very swiftly to us not to have a backup plan in place but most of us have been able to recover from the changes of these past few years in grace and the mercies of God. God always has a plan in place for us, we may not like it but we are assured that it is for the best and betterment of humanity. The whole of Earth was quiet and not a sound was expressed as a norm. When things were silent it allowed the kingdoms of Earth to re-examine their entire world and affairs, it caused us to think where the everyday thought comes from our mobile devices. We can’t even tell time without looking at the phone. We don’t know information because where it use to be housed in Our minds, the very space that we send and receive is left blank and it can’t process information any longer because this information as we know it has been stored on a mobile device or in somebodies cloud. Why were we easily manipulated into having our minds taken away from us as to not to think about things any longer. We use to be a generation of intelligent beings, only to have all of our intelligence in the cloud of an independent storage, our minds are in someone’s storage…. How is that possible? We did it to ourselves. They did it to us. We were a society of thinkers and getting things done. We were able to create this ingenious human computer of mind and thought and transfer all of our thought processes to a device and now when we go out somewhere and need to get to the telephone because we left it at home, we cannot even go to the telephone booth that use to be on every street corner or local store, we cannot think of the persons number to call because alas… we forgot there number. How is it that we cannot remember what our own number is, or our spouses number, or a friend or colleague? How is it that we have given all of our thoughts to the very thing that was to help us… it did help us alright, it helped the dark ones devise this scheme to incapacitate and imprison us and our faculties, to dumb down our intelligence because we were becoming to big for our britches is the old adage… we as a society were becoming Gnosis, bringing forth knowledge and understanding to our being is healing.
What did the people do before computers were built?
They read books, they studied for hours, they got things done. I love reading text especially sacred text of thought that was written before the telephone or television. 1800’s or before. It’s like medicine to the soul. Even our music was a dose a medicine from the past, today, it’s mired with electronic pulses that are out of whack and makes no sense to the hearer whose listening to it. Sounds from the 1970’s or before are tunes I love, especially classical or jazz. It is soothing because it heals the soul, it enlivens us to pay attention to the tones of delta, beta, theta, or alpha frequencies.
Leviticus 27:33. “He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.”
Change In Conditions
A lot of us have become sick on purpose because we are in an age of illusion and having to wake up to the reality of today. Some of us will not be able to make the next phase in development because of the last two decades of confusion and unnecessary stress to the human. Even the animals are tired. We were all going through life unawares of the illusion being spread of television, the false tales of things that didn’t make sense, which caused us to become sick, depressed, or disillusioned about certain events spread across the screen of television and radio. The dark forces tried their best to cripple us with fear and doubt, the fear of going to war, the fear of housing crisis, the fear of foreclosures, and the fear of employment with job losses in tow. All of this was an illusion at the cost of the human. Especially this last decade of turmoil and if you seen the housing, and job markets collapse, the number of deaths went up also. This is their way of control but God says No More!
Zechariah 3:4. “And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment.”
OUR REMEDY
“1The Mind of God, the “Beloved ‘I AM’ Presence,” the Great Central Sun, and the Sacred Fire Source of all manifestation is ready to flood in and around you Its Boundless Blessings, Its Miracle Powers, Its Inspiration without limit, and Its Manifestations that have never yet come into outer existence anywhere.” There is a change happening to the entire planet now that brings happiness back into the hearts and minds of the people. This change is a quickening taking place at all corners around the globe. You must be willing and able to accept the Light coming into the planet each day you rise. This is all you need to begin to make change happen for you and your family.
“1That is why the Beloved Saint Germain introduced the ‘I AM’ instructions to Humanity a long time ago. if you would acknowledge “‘I AM’ as the Great Creative Heart of God,” remember in the beginning I spoke of the thoughts of you and how those thoughts were taken and stored away, well the marvelous ideas would come to you and you would bring forth things that have never been brought forth before, because the Great Creative Mind of God is the Sacred Fire. Those of you who need the smart technology, began to start writing things down on a tablet of paper again, record your thoughts on a personal recorder and in this way, it will help you to retain your memories. “This sacred fire contains the Limitless Ideas of Eternity and is ever revealing more of Its Perfection into outer manifestation.” The very thought and spoken words that you think will start to transform your world because once you draw the Sacred Fire into your outer conditions of life, circumstances and conditions, You will always have the awareness that whatever you produce will be Perfection, and that Perfection reveals the Love and the Glory and the Powers of God, to glorify the Source the Great Majestic and Mighty ‘I AM’ Presence that gives Them to you!
Blessed Ones, “1YOU would make progress so rapidly, the Blessings that would flood your world would be indescribable, and you would go forward a century ahead of the rest of mankind!” This is the alchemical process of the Occultist that I discussed in the introduction. This is making change into a reality that is God-Reality, God Realized, and God Actualized!
YOUR POWER
Those willing to take of their Scepter of Dominion and bring forth the great ‘I AM’ everything that you know to be today will change into constructive activity, constructive thoughts, feeling and spoken words over your being. You will change completely and the things that you use to do will be a thing of the past, you will begin to see the reality of change manifest before you with all the Perfection that God has stored up for you! You will begin to know the Happy, Joyous person in the mirror which is YOU! Your entire world, and the Universe Will instantly know you become you will step out of the world of illusion and step into a world of enlightenment as you bear to “1the Master Presence of your “Beloved I AM” and to the “I AM Presence” in the Great Central Sun—when that is your constant thought, that is your constant Picture within, that is your constant Devotion to Life, every action you would perform in the outer life would produce Perfection for you, would lift you above the turmoil of the outer world, would give you such Supply as you do not even believe exists, and you couldn’t lack for a single thing!” This is the action of the alchemical process that our beloved Saint Germain brings to Life everywhere, transmuting all life with the qualities and virtues of Freedom! Freeing all of Humanity into fulfilling Gods Plan for the Earth and setting all life Free of Distress, Discord, Darkness, and Dis-ease!
ATTAINING THE LIGHT QUOTIENT NEEDED
After the remedy has been successfully presented, what will it take for you to continue building your LIGHT?
You must work on building your LIGHT by the following:
1. Acknowledging of ‘I AM’ Presence
2. Acceptance of ‘I AM’ Presence
3. Meditation of ‘I AM’ Presence
4. Visualization of ‘I AM’ Presence
5. Contemplation/Concentration on the LIGHT of ‘I AM’ Presence
6. Decree sessions of ‘I AM’ Presence and the Heavenly Host
7. Affirming each day of ‘I AM’ Presence
You must command Presence to ‘ACT’ on your behalf, because this will spring forth the blessings that Will ultimately come into manifestation.
Then make your Heart Felt calls to spring forth the Invincible Sacred Fire Protection, Ascended Master Protection that can never change; and draw your Protection you try to create anything! All will be okay once you have brought the protection in and around you to insulate the fiats being sent up, no destructive force will be able to penetrate it.

I was going to save this article for next week but I am being led to post tonight! I thank God that someone out there needs to hear this and all I would like to say directly to you is this….”Will you respond to the voice of the Silence, the voice that is ever present within you? Will you harken to it’s nudging you forward to take of its elixir of Life and change the scope of your world today? What are you afraid of? I know that these teachings are not what you are use to, I know that your belief system is not this, but guess what else I know, if you would heed the call of the voice of the silence on today, continue with what your beliefs are and continue to learn about the great ‘I AM!’ You will cut yourself FREE from all limitations, lack, and live in a world filled with the Abundance of God. I know this for myself because I am a living witness to this fact. God Presence moved in my life and changed my world for the better. I can’t possibly tell you in one recording all the goodness I have been blessed with, the changes that happened in my world or that of my entire family, but change took place, a lot of things happened that I was not prepared for, I honestly cannot say how or why, but the Masters of Light were there, gathered around my being and sheltered me, covered me, protected me and shielded me when I needed them. I am standing in LIFE today because of these great Masters, I threw up my hands in the 1980’s over the most painful thing that hit my world but I am still here, I am still able to share in the good news each day and I implore you to make a change now. Saint Germain and all of his Legions of Light, Especially Elohim Arcturus’s message for you today is about the changes that the planet is going through which leads to all of LIFE going through these changes also. We must prepare ourselves for this change because the LIGHT that will bathe the planet, is ever increasing and our bodies must have a certain level of LIGHT to Stand, Face, and Continue on SERVING the LIGHT!
