INTRODUCTION
Our Beloved Saint Germain conveyed to us all about that Great God Presence which resides in a special place within the sacred chamber of our hearts is the only Presence acting while you are on this earth living, breathing, and abiding each day think about this… In the Fullness of the “Presence” Is the Love that you require! In the Fullness of the “Presence” Are the things that you desire! In our decree sessions, the important thing to do is to set into motion each day the requirement of the Law of Life and this Law upon rising each day is to turn the attention first to God—the “Mighty I AM Presence”—and the Great Host of Ascended Masters from whence all good in the Universe has always come….Send your intense feeling of Love and Gratitude to the Beloved Mighty ‘I AM’ Presence daily which is the Source of all Life, Supply, Blessing, Consuming, Purifying Power and Healing. Ask for Forgiveness for all your mistakes, discord, problems, and limitations, and do the same for humanity also. Ask Presence to remove all obstruction in your thought, feeling, and spoken word instantly; and for them to be completely, invincibly purified and maintained so until your Ascension into that great Light.

Beloved Saint Germain and Jesus, Godfré and Lotus, Nada, and the Great Divine Director; Cosmos, Cuzco, and Ray-O-Light; K-17, Your Inner Secret Service and Legions of Light! God and Goddess of Harmony, God and Goddess of Purity, God and Goddess of Justice, God, and Goddess of Liberty! God and Goddess of Victory, all who came with You from Venus, and Your Limitless Invincible Legions of Cosmic Victory! and all who govern this System of Worlds! COME! COME! COME! in Your Visible, Tangible Ascended Master Bodies! Raise Your Cosmic Swords of Blue Flame of a Thousand Suns from the Great Central Sun that transcend every human concept! 42 “BELOVED MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE,” MIGHTY VICTORY, AND MIGHTY HELIOS! Enfold me and my feeling world, all in my being and world, and all under this Radiation, with the Inner Essence from the Physical Sun; so, wherever I go, Its Blessings bring Peace to others! Make me the Cosmic Christ Healing Presence, so wherever I pass by, all are healed instantly and forever! I feel myself a Powerhouse of Mighty Helios’ Inner Essence! I call this Inner Essence into all my outer activities and affairs; into everything I contact; so, my world may become a Blazing Sun of Mighty Helios’ Great Loving Perfection to Life forever! Pg. 16

My first concern is to give Love and Divine Justice to my “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence,” for the Pure Energy It has released into my being and world for use this day! I pour forth all my love, gratitude, blessings, and forgiveness to Life everywhere; and I intensify my Call for Invincible Purity through the use of the Violet Consuming Flame, so my world is set free from all limitations and struggle of every kind, now and forever! 53 “BELOVED MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE,” GREAT HOST OF ASCENDED MASTERS, AND GREAT COSMIC BEINGS! Speak and sing through my voice the most heavenly Tones Earth has ever heard! Mighty Harmony! Make my voice, in every word and song, the most Perfect Golden Voice of the “Mighty I AM Presence,” the Ascended Masters, and the Angels! Make it pure, smooth, beautiful, lovable, and perfect in every way!
Saint Germain Dear! Fill every tone that goes forth through my voice with Thy Power, Thy Light, Thy Beauty, Thy Purity, Thy Perfection! Make them Golden in every way, and the Pure Diamonds of Thy Heart, my Heart, and Godfré’s Heart’s Love!
Nada Dear! Fill them with all the Beauty and Perfection Thou art!
Jesus Dear! Charge them with all Thy Victory and Power!
Great Divine Director! Clothe them in the Flame of Love, Authority, and Glory from Thy Heart!
Great Victory, Goddess of Music, Goddess of Liberty, Goddess of Light, Goddess of Peace, Goddess of Purity, Goddess of Justice, Mighty Maha Chohan, Blessed Sanat Kumara, Great Cyclopea, Mighty Arcturus, Great Silent Watcher, Mighty Archangel Michael, Mighty Astrea, Great Lord Maitreya! and all Great Beings and Forces of Light in the Universe!
Be present with me every moment until my Ascension; and manifest in, through, and around me such Cosmic Power, Victory, and Perfection of Thy Life, Light, Love, Wisdom, Power, Victory, Freedom, Divine Justice, Obedience, God-victorious Self-control, Management and Mastery, as shall fill our Beloved United States of America, the Americas, all mankind, and the Earth with Thyself, Thy Full Dominion and Perfection forever, unto the Fullness of the Ascension for all. Lady Master Nada conveyed to us all that: “The Healing Flame from the Heart of the Healing Violet Flame Angel goes in and around the physical body and holds it close within that Flame until the Purification takes place and becomes charged with the higher Vibratory Action of that Sacred Fire. When this action happens, you are able to give assistance to any condition of the outer world—always from the Heart Flame of your “Mighty I AM Presence” and the Angelic Host—this is why in the preamble of the decrees and fiats that we issue, the Presence is called into action, the ascended host and angelic kingdom are in position to act on your behalf and you remain protected in the Heart Flame of the Sacred Fire Love that is at all times your Eternal Protection. When this action takes place, you can draw forth that Healing Power without limit; as your concentration rest on the Sacred Fire Miracles of Instantaneous Healing, as the momentum of the decrees are being builded when you call that forth by the Violet Flaming Christ and Mighty Victory’s Victory manifest or the Violet Flame Angels of Healing, that fiat that you have issued commands dispensations of the Cosmic Law to allow more instantly the purification necessary to set Humanity FREE!
