INTRODUCTION
When you partake in any leadership role, ministry work or group service of any kind and you are leading in that capacity, you have been given an opportunity to serve the masses and this opportunity is a progression while you are on the path to self-mastery and spiritual development. This is of utmost importance while you are taking steps to gain the goal of your ascension.
ASCENSION DEFINED
Ascension defined is a varied degree of measures that simultaneously fit into one construct. Ascension is a conscious choice to engage in Evolution. You are making the “Free” Choice to start a process of attaining that which will liberate your soul. Once you have consciously activated the “Mighty I AM Presence, Your journey begins. The Ascension process affects every aspect, level and layer of a person’s beingness. The physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual structures undergo acute transformation, evolving to meet the demands of a higher level of consciousness.
THE FOUR PRINCIPLES OF OBTAINING ASCENSION
In the Christian Dispensation, the focus is always directed on the crucifixion of Jesus. The Ascended Host would rather this concentration be focused on the Ascension. As this was purported to us through Jesus Christ in a dictation in the 1950’s. The concentration must be centered on the Ascension of each person on the planet today. They must attain this goal of Ascension so that they wont have to keep going through embodiment after embodiment. Returning to earth again, and again to repeat the same lessons that were not learned in the last embodiment. Last May, during the celebration of the Ascension Day, our focus centered on the “1Four principles in obtaining the Ascension and they were 1) The knowledge of each one’s source, the individualized God-Presence, the I AM Presence. 2) The protective Pillar or Tube of Light. 3) The Violet Consuming Flame. 4) The goal of all embodiments on Earth—the ascension.” We must go through these steps and make daily practice of these principles in order to make Ascension. Everyone, who has ever accomplished the Ascension, this includes our Beloved Jesus, had to use the Violet Consuming Flame to dissolve his own human creation before the substance of his flesh body could vibrate at a rate that would enable it to ascend. All must do this someday, and it is the only way by which anyone can free himself and become Master everywhere he moves in the universe. This is not to say that the ET’s will fly down and rescue you, or that you will be taken up in a whirlwind ablaze like Enoch did but this is your own conscious choice to engage in evolution and learn so much about yourself, your affairs, and all of your world about you.
The Chakras and Radiations of the days
TRANSFORMATION FROM HUMAN TO DIVINE WHILE STILL ON EARTH
Your journey will commence once you sincerely and firmly give attention to your “Mighty I AM Presence,” your Ascension begins that moment. “2The practical part of this True Understanding is that when you give your attention firmly to your “Presence,” the Ray of Light and Energy from your “Presence” begins to intensify and expand, causing the rapid expansion of the Light within every cell of your body, until the Earth loses its attraction for the body. Then, as the attention continues to the “Presence,” the finer part of the flesh body ascends and is absorbed into the Higher Mental Body. Thus, the Transformation from the human into the Divine takes place; all sense and appearance of age leaves the face and body; the hair returns to its natural color; and the clothing dissolves into the Garments of the Higher Octaves. Then the finer part of the flesh body is drawn into the Higher Mental Body, and It ascends into the Electronic Body of the “Mighty I AM Presence” when the individual becomes the Ascended Being, which Beloved Jesus, Beloved Saint Germain and hundreds of Others who has made this transformation. This is the individual’s Eternal Body of Light that never changes. The Ascended Being can raise or lower the rate of vibration of His or Her Body and make It visible or invisible at will in the human octave. This is how the Ascended Masters appear and disappear at will. There is nothing spiritualistic about this. It is just a Mighty, Divine Law of Life in Perfect Action, heretofore not understood. This transformation takes place as the activities are being daily applied. You will continue with your everyday activities, such as your family life, your employment, your physical activities, your school, and all such activities that you do each day.
The Ascended Master is as far above a disembodied individual as Light is above darkness. That means that our Ascended Host are all LIGHT and LOVE, No Darkness will ever impede them. The Ascended Master is the Conqueror over so-called death, while the one who has passed through death has failed to hold the Mastery or control of its substance and energy. Therefore, he must return in another baby body, grow up and try again to attain his Victory, by keeping his physical body harmonious long enough for his “Presence” to release through it the full Power of Light and Love, and thus expand the Perfection of Itself, which is the Ascended Masters’ Victory—the Ascension.” This is truly a remarkable undertaking if you can follow the instructions that we are laying out for you today in this article.
RECEIVING GREATER LIGHT
When you are in your spiritual development, it does not matter what religion, culture, ethnicity or creed, each individual who is wanting a higher spiritual knowing will go through these same steps to reach mastery. It does not matter whether or not your leader in your respective religions assigns you to a department, ministry, or group. It doesn’t matter if you are the highest leader in your religious organization or sect. Each one must go through these steps of attainment to achieve Ascension such as Beloved Gautama, Beloved Jesus, Beloved Mohammed and others who have gained their Ascension did. Those who will follow this understanding will go through the different initiations while on the path. You will no longer be the same individual you were yesterday. This is a life transformation that will set you on a path of positive experiences for you to foster and engage in. The Ascended Host are there to assist you while on the path. You will be guided by the Masters in your earthly capacities such as your personal, professional and worldly activities. These are the areas of life that are most challenging and will be tackled with the assistance of the Ascended Host. You must give back what you receive, in order to receive greater light and greater life.
***When in preparation for meetings, sermons, rehearsals, other ministry work, and/or trainings, before you leave your home, your physical body must be cleansed, your appearance must be cleanliness, you must have mental peace, emotional stability, and etheric purity. Everything about our four lower body system must be purified.***
INDIVIDUAL’S MIS-QUALIFIED ENERGY
“1Every individual has embodied at least one hundred times. During these embodiments, he has mis-qualified God’s pure energy, through misuse of the spoken word, wrong actions, thoughts and feelings. This means that each time you argued with a spouse, a friend, an acquaintance, each time you had a physical fight, shot a person, killed a person, abused a person, these are actions of mis-qualified energy. The Masters of Wisdom have assured us that we can gain our ascension, when we have constructively qualified 51% of all the energies allotted to us in all of our embodiments. 
Therefore, the very fact that we are on Earth, today, points to the fact that we still have over 51% of mis-qualified energy to redeem. These mis-qualified energies have caused impurities with-in our cellular structure and in our etheric, mental and emotional bodies. It is these impurities that prevent us from manifesting our wishes, easily and quickly. These impurities need to be transmuted. Fortunately, in the activity of the “Bridge to Freedom,” the Masters gave precise instructions, that, if followed, enable us to transmute these mis-qualified energies. This process of purification, if strictly followed, on a daily basis, will enable us to manifest our goals more easily and quickly. The following are necessary for our Ascension:
THE LAW OF FORGIVENESS
Through divine grace, there is a tool available to us, that we can call on, to lessen the karmic debt caused by our wrongdoing. This tool is called the Law of Forgiveness and it should always be stated before issuing the Violet Flame Decree.
STATE THE FOLLOWING, “I AM the Law of Forgiveness for myself and all mankind, for all mistakes, mis-qualified energy and for straying from the Light,” several times a day, will eventually bring a lightness to your being and world, which you never thought possible.
THE VIOLET FLAME
We have shared with you in the above statement on the Violet Flame how it works, but during our purification we must utilize this activity daily. It was bestowed upon us through Almighty God who has showered us with compassion and mercy in utilizing this tool which is a powerful ERASER of mis-qualified and imperfect energy. This imperfect energy is being released by the human daily and to change this mis-qualified energy, we utilize the Violet Transmuting Flame. We state decrees to activate this pure alchemical process as it transmutes all darkness into light. “This knowledge of the Sacred Fire was known and taught only in the retreats of the Ascended Masters, throughout the world but because of the short duration of time in which certain things must NOW be accomplished, it has been brought into the outer world, where ANYONE can know of it, use it and experience the freedom, which it brings. Since, as students of the Light, we know of the Violet Flame, the Cosmic Law expects us to use that flame. Karma is returning to the students at a much faster pace; some of it is returning AT LEAST ONCE A DAY. Therefore, USE THAT FLAME OF MERCY at least twice, or better yet, three times a day.
Call on the Violet Flame twice or three times a day, for a short period of time, rather than applying it for half an hour one day and then not at all, the next.”
DECREE FOR THE USE OF THE VIOLET FLAME
Beloved Saint Germain suggested that the following decree and exercise be done just before retiring at night:
- “1Mighty I AM Presence and beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, blaze the Violet Flame in a circle of nine feet around me.”
- Lift your arms towards the I AM Presence and say, “Beloved I AM Presence and Saint Germain, endow these hands with the purifying power of the Violet Flame.” (3xs)
- Take both hands and pass them over your entire body. Then shake your hands from the wrist as if you were throwing some unclean substance into the surrounding violet fire. Do this (7) times.”
LEADERSHIP TODAY
Leadership is good. Leadership is guidance. Leadership is Godly. No where in Leadership should we see CONTROL of people, their circumstances or life in general. We must surely understand that Leadership holds a standard that is advantageous. One looks up to a person who is in this role. We have discussed the principles, the violet consuming flame, the law of forgiveness and ascension process and all of these areas, you are becoming a master. No matter what your capacity may be at this current time, you will master all the necessary steps to gaining the Ascension if you follow these simple instructions laid out before you because of your obedience to the law of life. Continue to follow these instructions and while you are on this journey once you have activated your inherent God Presence, the Mighty ‘I AM’ Presence, your process to gaining the Ascension begins.
Most who are in Leadership positions have an excessive amount of weight to carry, obligations to be fulfilled and sacrifices that are made for the betterment of the organization, not YOU who needs to really reflect on what is most important when having an important role such as LEADERSHIP.
Please consider your karma, the obligation of making a living can sometimes weigh heavy on persons in Leadership. In leadership, whether it is on the job or in your religious capacity, obligations to your group are very demanding, it can cause bitterness, spiritual pride and arrogance and if YOU are holding an office in our religious sanctuaries, please adhere to the following:
Just remember the steps to purification and remove the effluvia or dark substance away from your body temple before you set off on a mission to minister, teach or train individuals because that darkness can rub off and extend itself to individuals in the group, religious sanctuaries, offices and facilities, all of the cares that you have carried throughout your day, the burdens of the mind and heart, the family matters, the frustrations, resentments, confusion and depression is all about you and the only way to release these dark substances and negativity is utilizing the Violet Consuming Flame and the Law of Forgiveness. Once you have done this activity, you will be free of any more disturbing thoughts and feeling that may impede upon another person including yourself. Remember to reach out to the Ascended Host daily for assistance!
“Seek and ye shall find. Ask, and it shall be revealed to you. Knock, and the door to your freedom will be opened! Enter in and Be at Peace!”
State out loud or to yourself the following:
In the name of the Beloved Mighty Victorious Presence of God, ‘I AM’ in me, Mighty I Am Presence and Holy Christ Selves of All Mankind, by and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in me,
I call to beloved Elohim Purity and Mighty Astrea, Archangel Gabriel and Lady Hope, beloved Serapis Bey and the seraphim and cherubim of God, the entire Spirit of the Ascended Masters and the World Mother, Elemental Life – Fire, Air, Water and Earth ~
To lock your cosmic circles and swords of blue flame in, through, and around my four lower bodies, my electronic belt, my heart chakras, my entire consciousness, being, and world. I invoke the Ascension Flame in my home, my job and all of my surroundings to transmute the disharmonies which often arise in my family life, my employment and all around me and the people I come into contact with. Cut me loose and set me free (3x) from all that is less than God’s perfection and my own divine plan fulfilled.

FRIDAY’S ADVICE:
Calling to the Beings of Purity
Continue the purification of your consciousness through the use of the Sacred Fire. Call to the Beings of Purity, and through self-conscious alertness, entertain no picture which would be like a great cloud on the cosmic currents passing through you for the freedom of all.
