INTRODUCTION
The Liberty Flame was brought to Earth by the Goddess of Liberty. 
She established this flame within the Temple of the Sun, on present-day Manhattan Island.
Before the Atlantean continent sank (which included portions of North America), the guardians of the Liberty Flame transported the Liberty Flame to Southern France. “3Here, the Flame of Liberty was established and sustained, after the sinking of Atlantis. At a later time, Paul, the Venetian retired to this retreat and gained the ascension here.
The Liberty Flame was magnetized by the Brotherhood of Liberty, guarded and amplified, in intensity and power, to act in the physical appearance world, for many centuries. In this way, the love for the God-quality of liberty has been, and will be, sustained in the hearts of men, for generations yet to come.
The service of the Brotherhood of Liberty is to liberate and develop the natural talents and powers of individuals, and to express beauty. This action helps to establish the spirit of liberty in the hearts of mankind, so that the perfection of the Christ Self, of each one, is made manifest. The focus of the Liberty Flame is protected and sustained, not only by beloved Paul the Venetian, and the beloved brothers and sisters of his retreat, but also by the Great Cosmic Being, known as the Goddess of Liberty. The brothers and sisters of the retreat are dressed in pink.”

Our Beloved Paul The Venetian would like to welcome us into the Chateau de Liberte. Imagine just being able to walk through the gates of this magnificent etheric realm of light once you have asked the Great Beings of Light for assistance to transport you to this realm. Our Beloved Paul The Venetian will walk with you once you have arrived, the steps are marble and they lead into the front hall. As you await in this area, your entire being is bathed in the ambiance of the Liberty Flame. This is truly amazing because when you really understand the magnitude of the word L I B E R T Y, then you will grasp the magnitude of this experience. Our Beloved Paul The Venetian wants to walk with you through the front halls and and feel the Liberty Flame as it radiates with intensity.
THE WORD LIBERTY IN DETAIL
Liberty stands for FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE, AUTONOMY, EMANICIPATION, AND LIBERATION. It is the Freedom to be able to inhale all of life’s positive essence, the fresh smells of roses and lovely flowers permeating your being and exhale out all of life’s past doubts, fears and troubles just drifting away into the abyss of the Liberty Flame. The Independence of self and allowing you to take a moment in time out of your day to feel all of the individuality that life brings to you in such a way that is good, no matter what the circumstance may have been that led you down the spiral of descent into the chaos of life’s most challenging outcome, the resolve is that you are coming into your own beingness and being independent is your true nature to explore the vast new world that is being uncovered for you through the Liberty Flame. The Autonomy is the self-sufficiency and oneness of self and you are able to think, feel, act, and be the one true, the one determined, the one reliant individual that has created this divine journey for yourself and no one else. The one governing, the one ruling your own divine divinity. The Emancipation is the Declaration of your inherent FREEDOM! You purpose was to reach this divine destination. You are right where you have always wanted to be. You are released from the chains that bound you in this life and being cut free from the chains, cut free from the life that held you back from making all of the progress that you have done aeons ago and at the end of this battle with the self, the LIBERTY Flame has released you from the struggles and welcomed you into the Light of a new day filled with Joy, Happiness, and Love. The Peace that abiding Peace that surpasses all understanding of this experience because now you have your freedom. The Liberation is the deliverance from all evil, darkness, and discord. The ability to walk in the Light and enjoy all the Love from the Great Central Sun, and the Sun Presence beaming forth their pure essence of light. Be proud of who you have grown to be with the help of your true higher self, your ‘I AM’ Presence and that is the inherent God-Authority for your life, your world, and all that you are. You have done a great service for humanity.
RADIANCE OF THE LIBERTY FLAME
The Ascended Beings of the Light will direct you now with the intense feelings of Divine Love that are filling the atmosphere about you as you are overwhelmed by the lights as you go through the halls and near the Liberty Flame in complete awe. As the light from the Liberty Flame saturates your being with such Divine Love and Adoration to the body temple, just allow its pure light to magnetize and radiate your being now. Let all of the cares of the world go and concentrate and focus of this light extending from the top of your head to the soles of your feet and coming back up to the heart center and infiltrating your heart center with its dazzling essence of light pink, dark pink, and shimmering white light dancing around the heart, touching all of the major organs, the cells, the bones and joints throughout the entire body as it is able to spread through and shine forth it pure essence of light, that elixir of great health and wellness for your body temple now. Allow it to stay there in ecstasy showering all of your mind, body, soul, and spirit with its radiance and loving embrace encircling you now.
THE TOUR OF THE CHATEAU
You may stay in this abyss of light or continue on with me as I take you now through the halls of the Chateau. Throughout the chateau are displays of beautiful picturesque paintings, writings, sculptures of the great civilizations that have come and gone. The display of the past fills you with the desire to progress your divinity into greater heights of learning and developing for yourself how to progress the planet now. With all of the designs and sculptures depicting all the landscapes and architectures you ponder in your mind about the intricate views and how it was and your fascinated of the progress. The Guides let you know that they welcome you to their retreat to draw the power of the Liberty Flame into your being to give such needed assistance to humanity and the planet.
THE AWAKENED AND UNAWAKENED VISITATION EXPERIENCE
There are a lot of good men in different fields of medicine, artistry, activist, ministration, political leaders, educators, lawyers and entertainment that gather at inner levels at night who come and our guest at the Chateau. “1They come centered and focused on the Liberty Flame within their hearts and are bathed in substance, that substance is provided by a group of beings belonging to the Brotherhood. If the individual is not cognizant of the Chateau de Liberte, he is brought in his sleep and is usually unconscious when carried by the angels into the retreat. They are placed on couches. Their physical bodies are asleep and the angels and the ministering beings from the retreat then direct the pink flame into those bodies, into the flame in their hearts.” This activity must be done slowly because the Beings have to return that etheric body into a flesh form that has not made application and knows nothing of the use of the Violet Fire. If the Beings expand this flame too much and then try to get it back into the atomic structure (physical body) there would be a tremendous strain on the physical vehicle. The have to very slowly accelerate that flame and they call the Illumination Flame through the mind of such a one.
This delicate procedure is the service of the Law that while “1the Beings are working on the etheric consciousness and expanding the flame in the heart of the soul who is within the Liberty Chateau, at the same time there are two Beings guarding the physical form of that individual. As there is no time or space and they have an activity which you would call telepathy, they can also see the individuals who are guarding the etheric consciousness and they also begin to expand the light in the physical form trying to keep it tuned up in our retreat.” This is a beautiful service.
Lastly, “1when the Inner Body is returned to its “case” in the morning, the atomic structure has been prepared to receive it. If the etheric and inner consciousness is too accelerated and nobody took care of the accelerating the vibratory action of the flesh structure, when the soul came back it would just really burst the atomic structure asunder. This acceleration would be very painful and very distressing to the mind itself.” For those individuals who are aware of and ask the Beings of Light for assistance to visit the Chateau de Liberte to have the experience of the Liberty Flame will have this same experience of going to sleep and being escorted by the Beings of Light through the halls of the Chateau to visit the Liberty Flame. This is why it is so important to do your morning and night decree sessions. You may visit and experience other retreats and the etheric realm and awaken and have no knowledge that you have ever been there but you have. You may not remember it once you awaken in the morning but how do you feel? Do you feel good, refreshed, revitalized in your body temple? If so, this is a key indicator that you have experienced this visitation to the Chateau de Liberte in the etheric realm. Paul The Venetian and all the Beings of Light on the Third Ray are awaiting your Heart Calls to them today to visit their humble abode in the Heavenly Realm.

“2-38BELOVED MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE” AND MY HIGHER MENTAL BODY! I ask You to give me what You want me to have, to use in and through me—those Powers of the Sacred Fire which fulfill Your Divine Plan! Give me the Greater Powers to assist my loved ones to be Free! Remove from the Earth all that has dishonored God! Give the Strength of the Light to the people of this Nation, to arise and hold the Freedom God has given us, as the Divine Heritage for all generations to come!
“2-41BELOVED MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE”! Fill me with Your Inner Essence of that Liquid Light, which produces Perfection instantly for me and for all forever! Release into outer action that Inner Essence of the Higher Mental Body of every Life Stream, to do Its Perfect Work, produce Its Perfection, flood forth Its Miracles; and draw this action into outer use to bless my fellowmen; raise all to the Conscious Awareness of the “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence” and the Fulfillment of the Destiny of each Life Stream forever!
“2-40BELOVED MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE”! I accept, visualize, and qualify everything that comes to my attention this day, with the Substance, the Essence, the Flame, and the Great Sacred Fire Breath of the Victorious Cosmic Christ—the “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence” in the Cosmic Action of the Great Central Sun; which I command go forth and bless everybody and everything that comes to my attention, with Invincible Perfection from the Ascended Masters’ Octave forever!
Monday Night Decree Session
When you retire at night, be conscious of leaving the physical body clothed in a Pillar of Living Flame—either the Violet Consuming Flame, Beloved Saint Germain’s Spiral Blue Flame, the Sevenfold Flame of the Seven Mighty Elohim, or the Unfed Flame of a Thousand Suns in the Power of the “Three times Three”; and that you go directly to the Electronic Belt around the Physical Sun.
Practice visualizing this every night relentlessly until you get yourself to the point where the moment the body is laid down to sleep, you step out and go like an arrow to those Temples where you receive the Power, the Beauty, and the Perfection of the Sacred Fire. The Momentum and Power of those Temples is all you could ever require to flood the whole Earth with the Perfection God intends.
“2-55I AM” COME into the Throne Room of my being! I kneel at the Altar of the Sacred Fire! There in the Temple of Life, “I AM” at Peace in my own Heart’s Flame! “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence,” make me the Victory of Your Heart, and see all else vanishes from my world forever!
“2-57I clothe this body in the Unfed Flame tonight while my body sleeps, and “I AM” about the Business of my “Mighty I AM Presence.” When I return to it in the morning, I bring back the Gifts I have gathered, the Power I require; and I enter into my body clothed in the Unfed Flame, to go forward and render my service of the day!
“2-61BELOVED MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE”! As I go to rest tonight, let me kneel at the Altar of the Sacred Fire of God’s Immortal Love in the Throne Room of Creation! There I become the Master Presence of Divine Love and Patience, of Forgiveness and Healing, of Illumination and Mastery! I bring these back into my outer affairs in the morning, and They hold Command forever!
