PART THREE

INTRODUCTION:

In the previous part two of Understanding the Lords of Karma, we learned about the Karmic Councils Process of what happens once you have transitioned to the other side of the veil.

We also learned about Judgement. “¹⁰Before judgment is handed down, any Member of the Great White Brotherhood may ‘speak’ for such a soul and offer to take responsibility for that one. When this is done, the soul is able to enter a higher sphere for instruction than he had earned by merit. When a Brother does ‘speak’ for such a soul, It is then taken to the proper schoolroom where it will learn the lessons it needs most to assist its evolution and progress.

We learned about the prayers that you send to those who have transitioned and how those prayers are not on deaf ears but they help to assist your loved ones during and after transitioning

Finally, we learned in part two that “¹⁰The fear which most people feel in regard to the Karmic Board and the Halls of Judgment is builded primarily by the fact that so very few actually live up to their LIGHT, to what they had the ability to do, and their remorse is their own judgment.” When an individual stands in the freedom of the soul (etheric body) and LOOKS BACK and sees WHAT HE MIGHT HAVE DONE, that feeling of remorse of what he COULD HAVE DONE while he had the opportunity and the means, and while he was in proximity to certain individuals of spiritual merit, that causes the suffering. The Karmic Board always assign the individual to the particular schoolroom where he can best learn the lessons he will need to expiate “those” sins of commission or omission and prepare for a new earth body. This is enlightening because we see here that the lessons we learned are at best vital to our healing process and mending our own individual struggles that we ourselves might have been able to assist others, help ourselves in the process, while traversing throughout life’s most difficult challenges. Let us delve deeper into the understanding of what this all means when we prepare for re-embodiment again. The Bible does not discuss the topic of reincarnation. The Bible does not mention people having a second chance or coming back as someone or something different. In the Bible, it is written that God is very specific in His word that our body is mortal and our spirit will have eternal life either in heaven or hell. Our Bible talks about re-birth and judgement.

KJV – Hebrews 9:27 – And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment…

John 3:3

Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:5-7

Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said to you, You must be born again.

For whatever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

1 Peter 1:23

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which lives and stays forever.

The glory concerning the sonship and acceptance is postponed and retained for another world. The sons of God must walk by faith and live by hope. The period of the revelation of the sons of God in their own majesty and glory is established, and that is when their elder brother comes to call and collect them all together but we know that when he shall appear we shall be like him.

PREPARING FOR EMBODIMENT

“¹After the Karmic Board has agreed to provide an opportunity for re-embodiment, again the karma of the individual about to reembody must be examined and a suitable embodiment prepared, wherein a certain amount of his karma may be worked out and opportunities given to right the wrongs of past lives and gain merit. The karma meted out to each one is very carefully considered so the soul does not meet up with more than its LIGHT and strength can master in the coming life.” This process seems simple but very meticulous due to the lifestreams amount of light and energy that it may or may not have.

Let us examine the following details once the karma has been assigned:

• The environment and race chosen
• The parents are decided upon
• The soul is notified
• The Body Elemental is called from the rest it has secured in its own realms.
• The soul and Body Elemental are told of the forthcoming embodiment and the Elemental shown the etheric pattern of the physical body which the soul has earned.
• The Builders of Form, the Holy Christ Self and the Body Elemental then begin the actual preparation for the next embodiment so – the Miracle of Birth – may take place.
• Through the same HALLS of KARMA passes the soul about to embody on the Earth plane once again.

 “¹Even those who are Candidates for the Ascension, when they enter the Inner Levels and prepare for the Ascension, must pass through the emotional, mental, etheric and physical purifications of these strata where there yet stands untransmuted discordant creations of theirs and transmute it by the Violet Fire. Thus, the period of adjustment preceding those to be given their freedom takes months and sometimes years.” The violet flame (also called the violet fire) is a unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life. It can heal emotional and physical problems, improve your relationships, help you to grow spiritually, or just make life easier. 

“³You, the conscious students, are privileged among all mankind, for you know of and are using the purification of the Violet Fire here and now waiting, until in the freedom of the etheric body, you are sent by the Karmic Board to redeem your imperfections resulting from mis-use of God’s Life, intentionally or unintentionally.” The flame is the essence of a unique spiritual light. Mystics of all ages have glimpsed a spiritual spectrum behind the physical spectrum. Radiant colors, more pure and rare than those found on earth, emanate from a brilliant, inner divine light. Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism refracts into seven colors, spiritual light splits into seven colors, or rays – each of which has specific divine qualities. The violet flame comes forth from the violet ray, which has the qualities of mercy, forgiveness, freedom and transmutation. 

The color violet has long been associated with spirituality. Having the highest frequency in the visible spectrum, violet is at the point of transition to the next octave of light. To the ancients, this transcendental color was a spiritual rather than a physical phenomenon. 

Saints and adepts throughout the ages have known how to use the violet flame, but it was only released to the public earlier this century by an Ascended Master called Saint Germain.

“¹It is hoped that with the special dispensations which have been granted from the Great Central Sun, and with the tremendous contribution of voluntary energies released from the members of the human race, that the Halls of Karma will soon be the Portals for eternal Freedom for every member of mankind, and that as the very last life stream passes through to ‘return no more,’ the doors of the Judgment Hall may be closed for eternity and the Great Recording Angels, sealing the door, say with Jesus; It Is Finished, Father, Into Thy Hands We Commit Our Evolution, Their Purpose On Earth Having Been Fulfilled!” While you can’t go back in time, the violet flame has the power to erase, or transmute the cause, the effect, and even the memory of our past mistakes. Transmutation means to change – to alter in form, appearance or nature. The violet flame changes negative energy into positive energy, darkness into light, “fate” into opportunity. The flame also erases the resultant bad karma of our mistakes. The Special Dispensation from the Great Central Sun along with all the energies freed of mankind culminate into the abundant outcome into which the Halls of Karma is the gateway for our eternal FREEDOM for HUMANITY.

THE REALM OF THE SLEEPERS

“¹Individuals who do not believe in an existence after death; those who are very tired or sluggish minded and prefer to pass into annihilation; those people who go out exhausted, in great shock, or pass out through a violent death as well as many who go out in war conditions, enter this REALM OF THE SLEEPERS for a period of rest.” The Greatest of the population on Earth believes in re-embodiment; the Christian religion of today is one of the few who do not. Several researchers believe the doctrine of re-embodiment was removed from the Bible as part of the Council of Nicea and the Council of Constantinople. “⁴The Council of Nicea [TDEM1] was founded in (325) and was the first ecumenical council of the Christian Church, meeting in ancient Nicaea which is in Iznik, Turkey. It was called by the emperor “⁵Constantine I[TDEM2] , an unbaptized catechumen, who presided over the opening session and took part in the discussions. He hoped a general council of the church would solve the problem created in the Eastern church by (⁶Arianism[TDEM3] [TDEM4] :) Arianism, a heresy first proposed by Arius of Alexandria that affirmed that Christ is not divine but a created being. Pope Sylvester I [TDEM5] did not attend the council but was represented by legates.” The Christian Edict may go by a specific doctrine that is ingrained for centuries according to the priestly fathers belonging to the Council of Nicea and also the Council of Constantinople who were at that time opposed to believing that there is life after death however, a majority of the population believe otherwise.

In this Realm of the Sleepers, each one has a lovely couch with beautiful flame-flowers that never wilt surrounding them and blankets of roses, gardenias and other flowers cover the sleeping forms. An Angel Deva watches over them with great tenderness and care, pouring Their sweet ointment upon their etheric bodies, and when they awaken, they are given the vacation with loved ones spoken of before. Then, in due time, the Karmic Messenger arrives with the summons to appear before the Karmic Board.

Until very recently, in the lower Sleepers’ Realm were those who were seeking escapes and there was a resistance to any endeavor to awaken them, they had willed themselves asleep and willed not to awaken! This greatly retarded their progress, because they could not answer the summons of the Karmic Board, receive their judgment, expiate their karma and embody again on Earth, and thus denied themselves opportunity to progress up the ladder of evolution. However, in 1954 the Sleepers’ Realm was cleared of those who had been there for centuries by the tremendous calls of the unascended students of El Morya and Saint Germain, and now those who enter this Realm for rest, remain therein for a period of only six months!”  It is written in Luke 20:38, God is not (God) of the dead, for all are alive unto Him, this is after Jesus repeated to the Sadducees when they were disputing with Him about the Resurrection of the dead. Also, that God might make known to Death that his authority is not for ever over all the progeny or children or descendants of the world, He translated Enoch to Himself, because he was well pleasing, and made him deathless. He again took up Elijah to heaven, and Death had no dominion over him, and also the Prophet Isaiah said: “Your dead shall live, and their dead bodies shall rise again, and the sleepers of the dust shall be awakened, and shall glorify YOU.” Isaiah 26:19. We thank God for the students of the light who have made the calls and made it possible for the Ascended Masters to undertake such a cause with assisting those discarnate souls to awaken and continue their processes with the Karmic Council to enter Earth’s schoolroom of learning once again.

THE SOULS THAT ARE EARTH-BOUND

“¹There are lifestreams who were, and still are, ‘Earthbound.’ Some may have heard about this in occult literature. These Earthbound spirits either have a very strong love for the things of this world or the opposite in which they hate the things and people of this world. They contest and fight death and even after passing through it, they refuse to accept that they are no longer a part of the physical appearance world. They struggle with that fact. They cling to the things they either loved or hated most and they live upon the vitality and magnetism of the living organisms of embodied mankind, almost likened to vampire activity. Many have been cut free by the calls of students, and they have been drawn out of the atmosphere of Earth in spite of their own free will.” That is why such calls from the students on the path to self-mastery are vital, they help the discarnate souls who are still ‘Earthbound’ to be able to enter the next stage of their processes on the other side of the veil.

“¹The reason why some individuals have remained for thousands of years in the astral plane of human creation is that they have refused to answer the call to appear before the Karmic Board; that is a voluntary action, and until they do appear before this Board, as everyone who passes through so-called death must do, they do not accept the assignment of the expiation necessary for at least a portion of their destructive karma, and are not willing to go to the sphere in which the Karmic Board feels they are fitted to dwell. Until this is done, They Cannot Have Another Earth Body, and Freedom comes only through mastering the energy while in an Earth body.” One of Guy W. Ballard’s accomplishment was that all discarnates (the earthbound souls, in between embodiments, hovering in the Earth’s atmosphere) over Southern California were removed, and led into higher realms. One of the most vicious ancient vortexes of destructive force was removed from the city of San Pedro, west of Long Beach. One-third of the destructive accumulation of mankind was dissolved and removed from the Earth forever.

Let us review some of the history behind the Realm of the Sleepers. “⁸Lord Sanat Kumara [TDEM6] established the Three-fold Flame at Shamballa. Then set into action a tiny Ray or thread of Light going to the heart of every individual of mankind, which has kept the Christ Self of each one from withdrawing, thru the centuries, which would have caused them to go thru the second death.

In the 1890’s, Master Kuthumi got a Dispensation to set aside or eliminate the action of the second death. Therefore, those individuals who were earthbound, those in the compound and the Sleepers’ Realm, could not be eliminated thru the second death. Yet the earth could not go forward with them in that condition. Something had to be done to get them back on the evolutionary path. Hence, Cosmic Law could supersede their human free will to some extent.

However, in case the earth did not make it, and emit enough Light, and if the earth were dissolved, we can presume, that automatically their four lower bodies as well as that of those in embodiment would be dissolved and transmuted. In 1952, was started the “Cosmic Push” for the redemption of the race, all mankind.

Then on that eventful evening of December 31, 1954, when they were being coerced to come out and go before the Karmic Board to take their scrolls, they were told that we stood in a Cosmic moment of opportunity. That the earth had been their host and they had used its energies. That it was destined to become Freedom’s Star.

Now the people of earth had decided to bring earth “Home”. And to do that they must have all of them willing, joyous and desirous of cooperating and fulfilling their Divine Plan. That they were being offered Freedom and opportunity.

The Goddess of Justice told those from the compound, that They (Divine Beings) understood that they (of the compound) had not come wholly voluntarily. Since they had to resume their place in evolution again, some of their human free will which had kept them in those condition, was superseded.

Then the Great Divine Director told those in the Sleepers’ Realm that the second death was an impossibility. That there was only one course for them to come back “Home”. That was to take the scroll upon which their names were written, and bend the knee, take the oath to make things right. Thru the centuries these individuals could not be roused by Beings at inner levels. But it did occur thru the release of energy from the decrees and songs of the students gathered together that evening. Thus was released a vibratory action slow enough and of a quality that did accomplish it.”

In the Full Power and Authority of the Beloved Presence of God “I AM”, Beloved Archangel Michael and Your Ascended Legions of Light:

Come forth now, on behalf of the souls of all those not fully free, who have passed through the change into the Inner Realms and:

CUT THEM FREE! CUT THEM FREE! CUT THEM FREE! (3x) PURIFY THEIR SOULS (3x)

And deliver them…into the Ascended Masters Temples of Light.

I expect and accept this manifest right now, with full power, eternally sustained, all powerfully active, until every child of God has returned to the LIGHT!

 [TDEM6]According to Elizabeth Prophet, Shamballa is the ancient home of Sanat Kumara and Gautama Buddha. It is located in the etheric realm over the Gobi Desert in China. This particular retreat was once physical and has since been withdrawn to the etheric octave, the heaven world.

The retreat originally built for Sanat Kumara, hierarch of Venus, who long ago came to earth in her darkest hour, when all light had gone out in her evolutions and there was not a single individual on the planet who gave adoration to the God Presence or the Inner Buddha.

Sanat Kumara was accompanied on this mission by a band of one hundred and forty-four thousand souls of light, who, with him, had volunteered to keep the flame of life on behalf of earth’s people. This they vowed to do until the children of God, who had been turned away from their first love by fallen angels, would respond to the love of God and turn once again to serve their mighty I AM Presence.

Four hundred who formed the avant-garde went before Sanat Kumara to build on the White Island in the brilliant-blue Gobi Sea, where the Gobi Desert is now, the magnificent retreat that was to become for all time the legendary Shamballa. This city was originally a physical replica of the Venusian city of the Kumaras. The volunteers from Venus focused here the one hundred forty-four virtues of the flames of the elements, composing a diamond replica of the focus in the Great Hub. The “City of White” was approached from the mainland by a beautiful marble bridge.

SHAMBALLA’S MAIN TEMPLE AND ALTAR OF THE THREE-FOLD FLAME

The main temple of Shamballa is marked by a golden dome and is surrounded by terraces, flame fountains and seven temples – one for each of the seven rays – situated on a wide avenue resembling the Champs-Elysees, lined with trees and flowers, flame fountains and tropical birds including bluebirds of happiness. The altar of the threefold flame is in the main temple, where the star of Sanat Kumara is hung from the ceiling over the altar.

This, the principal focus of the threefold flame upon the planet, was established by Sanat Kumara when he came long ago. Through it, he connected a ray from his heart to every lifestream evolving on the planet, and thus assisted their Holy Christ Selves to raise mankind’s consciousness back to the place where they could be taught the laws of self-mastery.

LEGENDS OF SHAMBALLA

In the Legends of the East, Shamballa is the name of a mythical kingdom, an earthly paradise, said to exist somewhere between the Himalayas and the Gobi desert. Ancient Tibetan texts describe the kingdom as a beautiful place in an inaccessible part of Asia, formed of eight regions, each surrounded by a ring of snow-capped mountains and therefore looking like an eight-petaled blossom. It is an idyllic country free of strife and crime, whose inhabitants have attained great spiritual development and powers.

The kingdom of Shamballa plays a central role in Tibetan Buddhism. Author Edwin Bernbaum writes that the sacred texts of the Tibetans speak of Shamballa as “…a mystical kingdom hidden behind snow peaks somewhere north of Tibet. There a line of enlightened kings is supposed to be guarding the most secret teachings of Buddhism for a time when all truth in the world outside is lost in war and the lust for power and wealth. Then, according to prophecy, a future King of Shamballa will come out with a great army to destroy the forces of evil and bring in a golden age. Under his enlightened rule, the world will become, at last, a place of peace and plenty, filled with the riches of wisdom and compassion.

“The texts add that a long and mystical journey across a wilderness of deserts and mountains leads to Shamballa. Whoever manages to reach this distant sanctuary, having overcome numerous hardships and obstacles along the way, will find there a secret teaching that will enable him to master time and liberate himself from its bondage. The texts warn, however, that only those who are called and have the necessary spiritual preparation will be to get to Shamballa, others will find only blinding storms and empty mountains or even death.

Gautama Buddha was the first initiate to serve under Sanat Kumara, hence the one chosen to succeed him in the office of Lord of the World. On January 1, 1956, Sanat Kumara placed his mantle on Lord Gautama, whereupon the chela par excellence of the Great Guru also became the hierarch of Shamballa. Today, Gautama Buddha sustains the tie to the threefold flames of all mankind. It will be sustained until each individual makes his ascension in the light.

Sanat Kumara, retaining the title of Regent Lord of the World, returned to Venus and to his twin flame, Lady Master Venus, who had kept the home fires burning during his long exile. There he continued his service with the Great White Brotherhood and the advanced evolutions of his home star on behalf of planet Earth.
