INTRODUCTION
We are comforted in the knowing that our Beloved Paul The Venetian, is the Chohan of the Third Ray which is highlighted today, Monday in love and gratitude for his service to life in developing the consciousness of awareness, acceptance, perception, peacekeeping and tranquil love of life which gives reassurance and divine motivation to all the people of Earth who are on the path of Self Mastery within themselves which is an extra added boost of enthusiasm to keep going each day.
As he directs each of us on this planet to this “1Comfort of the Secret Place of the Most High with the Heart, and asks all to throw the strength of their feelings into acceptance of that Presence which abides within the Heart Flame, we ask that all who read these words, accept his radiation, and concentrating on his feeling of the ever-presence of God, REALIZE the truth which makes all free!” Beloved Paul unerringly points us in the direction of our heart which is the Heart Pulse of this Earth and as we are being guided by LOVE, he is showering us with LOVE, and focusing his attention of LOVE to us each day.
THE FIRST EXPRESSION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
As we have learned in our teachings of the Ascended Masters, “1the Third Ray is the first expression of the Holy Spirit in the world of matter, and the remaining four rays complete this activity under the supervision and direction of our Lord the Maha Chohan.” How beautiful is it to know that the Third Ray is the focal point of the Holy Spirit in the physical world as the leading expression of our God Presence? The LOVE aspect is imbuing itself throughout the globe in every heart of each individual on the planet.
THE FATHERHOOD AND SONSHIP OF GOD We have also learned that “1the First and Second Rays represent the Fatherhood and Sonship of God, which, when thoroughly assimilated, prepares us to enter consciously into the path of creative activity, in accordance with the divine plan.” When we look at this further, we see the First Ray as Fatherhood equates to protectiveness, benevolence, affection, supportiveness, kindness, and fatherliness of parenthood. “Father” is thought of as the initiator of a generation, the one who begets life rather than conceiving it. and bringing it to fruition in birth. This is the mode of existence, the way of origin and being, of the First Person of the Trinity. He acts in trinitarian life in a mode of existence akin to that of a father in the earthly realm. Before time, within the mystery of the Holy Trinity, God generated another Person, the Son, as human fathers generate seed.
THE SECOND RAY AS SONSHIP The Second Ray as Sonship equates to wisdom, education, a child of God, the discovery of our own liberty in the Gospel as Sons and Daughters of God. We can add that on the day of Pentecost, God poured out what Jesus termed, “the Promise of the Father.” (Acts 1:8) This was, of course, the Holy Spirit. We can see in the promise of God to Abraham was the promise of SONSHIP. Indeed, God promised Abraham would have a son, Isaac. But God also promised Abraham that through his son Isaac, all the peoples of the earth would be blessed – blessed by a Savior. Also, it was through this Savior that ALL could become sons and daughters of God. It was through Jesus that God would eventually, “bring many sons unto glory.” (Heb. 2:10) The Holy Spirit of promise was therefore the Spirit of sonship – the fulfillment of God’s promise to Abraham.
THE THIRD RAY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
“1The Master, Paul the Venetian, is the Chohan in charge of the Third Ray of the Holy Spirit. It is his great service to translate the divine plan into physical expression.” If you daily walk and talk with this Holy Spirit, you will then be entrenched with the presence of the Holy Spirit.
MASTERING SILENCE After we have mastered the “silence,” and have become aware of the divine plan (which is freedom for the Earth and all life evolving upon it,) and we have come to a realization of our own oneness (each individuals own oneness) with the father-mother principle of creation under the First and Second Rays, you are then prepared to draw that divine plan into manifestation from the higher world and become, instead of the “listener,” you will become the “doer.” The preparation of the initiate is the ground work, the thick cloud of the presence of the holy spirit, that God in absolute to becoming one with your own divinity and doing that which is your inherent God Authority and God Dominion of yourself.
The symbol of the Holy Spirit is the hand or dove, and the hand symbolizes the activity, the giving forth of energy. The flow of energetic force going through the hands to render service in the physical is a conscious effort of the activity. “1The Third Ray is the point of contact between the spiritual realm (where the divine stands completed) and the physical world, which is still the primal substance that must be molded after the divine pattern.” The power that lies in the hands is an awareness that awakens the physical body and all that is around it and the world about it allowing for that original essence to be fashioned and formed once the divine pattern is fulfilled.
THE CREATIVE FONT OF THE THIRD RAY
The Ascended Master Paul the Venetian is referred to as the Master of Tact, Diplomacy, and Beauty. It is denoted that a style of painting developed in Venice during the 15th and 16th centuries and characterized by rich, warm and the illusion of deep space, in or in imitation of the style that is typical of Venice is the Venetian architecture. Venetian is derived from Venice, Italy and is often notable for the Venice people and a Venetian painter of the Renaissance period. The lesson to be learned from the Third Ray is the ability to apply the teachings to ones life, you can say a thing all day long and not feel a thing, but once you start to feel with an overwhelming desire that is so intense in your heart, that is when you have learned the activity of the Third Ray. This is true when you look at the artistry of humanity and each area of your world is an area that needs fixing, adjusting or correcting. We as humans are unaware of how much we place on our palette of life, this is derived from just a window that we look out of, whether we are at home, on the bus, on the train, or airplane and we are observing life in a freeze frame momentarily and what about that observation can we take away, can we fix the things that we see as wrong with the picture of life or do we ignore it and continue on with our day. Our ability to notice that something is not quite right is the humanness that is within us and the Angelic Host, the Ascended Masters, and the Mighty Elohim have an awesome job of taking notice and adding a dose of care to the areas that we have centered our attention on and called them forth to take the necessary steps to correcting that which needs the assistance, albeit good, bad or indifferent. We have the opportunity to draw nearer to the each day that we are on this planet and help in whatever we that the condition may seem daunting or perplex, at least there was a moment in time that we can reach out to the third ray legions of light and add a little dose of LOVE to someone, or something that needed our attention.
In noting that our Beloved Paul has the qualities of tact and diplomacy, we see that the Third Ray Man has the same inherent qualities to behold in this reality the beauty that was of Venetian superiority and time period and equating that to the reality of now as the outer world’s poor appearance is externalized into the divine plan on a global scale which is necessary in today’s world. In other words, “1the DIVINE PLAN must be drawn into physical expression and molded into the substance of the earth plane, and it is through this great ray, the Third Ray that the process of transmutation takes place.” Your ability to illustrate, to represent, to portray, to describe, to pencil, to sketch as if you were the canvas and create a majestic design in your mind is fashioned in this now moment and time period. You have the ability to think a thought, think a plan, think a concept, think a design, think an idea and go to sleep tonight after you have contemplated on this thought, plan, concept, design or idea with strong feeling and having the intensity that what you think is already manifested now is the divine plan being fulfilled according to the Will of God.
Our Beloved Kuthumi would like for us all to transform our personal lives into this divine plan now under the direction of the great Venetian and change your part of the plan into physical expression and manifestation today.

Let its golden substance of light melt from each of my four lower bodies cause, effect, record, and memory of every rate of vibration that would impede my spiritual progress or cause another soul to stumble on the path. Let the strength of your own Ascended Master Consciousness uphold my endeavor to fulfill my own divine destiny, that I may be a light on the path, to guide the feet of all those I contact.
