The Purpose For Decreeing

³OUR BELOVED ASCENDED MASTER SAINT GERMAIN SAYS:

In the Fullness of the “Presence” Is the Love that you require! In the Fullness of the “Presence” Are the things that you desire! The fundamental requirement of this Ascended Master Law is:

• First, turn your attention with Love to the “Beloved Mighty I AM Presence” and the Great Host of Ascended Masters, from whom all good in the Universe has and always will come!
• Second, send your love and gratitude to that Great Central Sun, the Source of all Life, Protection, Power, and Control of all in this world.
• Third, call on the Law of Forgiveness for all evil and demand its Annihilation everywhere forever, so it never touches any part of Life again. Then hold the picture, clear and powerful, of a blazing Sun Presence of Blue Flame and Blue Lightning with the Heart Center of Gold. Within the Heart Center see the picture—the mental image—of the Perfection you desire, and see it only as Perfection. See this clearly, enfolding It,  in the feeling of Love and Peace from your own Heart Flame of Life, and demand all the Power, Light, and Sacred Fire Love from the Great Great Silence and your heart flood into It without limit.

Then call the Limitless, Invincible Legions of Ascended Master Miracle Friends, Defenders, and Protectors to come forth everywhere; and COMPEL! COMPEL! COMPEL! Ascended Master Protection and Perfection to manifest and be sealed forever around all under this Radiation, which means all that is constructive throughout the world. Especially hold this around all the people we hold so near and dear to us today!

Demand this be made Invincible and forever expanding by the Power of the Great Great Silence, a billion times more each instant of each day, with lightning speed each instant of each hour!—and the Ascended Masters’ Invincible, Eternal Control come forth everywhere evil seems to be, and annihilate all evil, everywhere forever. Visualization

¹Visualize a soul standing alone upon a pedestal, a soul which is the ultimate of God and nature’s creation, the hope of his own I AM Presence within and the Elohim from whose body he came forth. Visualize the light of the Master playing through that soul a celestial melody that lights the heart and softens the look. Then visualize a shadow in the upper atmosphere sweeping through that soul until it shudders like a dry leaf in the autumn wind, distorting the features and quenching the flame of hope and aspiration. You can see that man must, of his own choice, invite and identify himself with one or the other of these activities of the same life.

One whispered prayer, one strong call, one steady unwavering thought might hold the balance for the light in the breast of one where the battle rages. If you profess to be agents of the light, I must insist that you become aware of your responsibilities toward every living soul and stop letting your instruments be playgrounds for every passing shadow. Every lifestream on Earth is very dear to the Heavenly Host and so it must be dear to you also.

²Message for today was on Elizabeth Clare Prophet and the Family Design discussing Fetal Experimentation, Atlantis, Noah’s Flood * She talked about how scientists on Atlantis experimented with interbreeding humans and animals, we learned the real reason for the flood of Noah on Atlantis. She discussed the new birth technologies that impact the sacredness of life and the spiritual role of motherhood. She touched on how to restore reverence for life and the divine feminine. Quote: “I don`t think that the people that are religious on this planet are necessarily the churchgoers. I think religious people are those who perform their life`s work with a sense of devotion and dedication to an ideal, to a principle, to something that goes beyond the mere physical–the desire to ennoble a culture, an art, a science, a technology with something more than just our daily bread and propagation.” Take advantage to better understand yourself as a spiritual parent and create your family environment today.

¹In the name of the presence of God “I AM in me,” I invoke the cooperation of the immortal victorious Threefold Flame in the hearts of man, Within the heart is a flame which pulsates forth the never-ending quality of love, being magically responsive to the directing intelligence of love. Life expresses as the quality that the individual chooses to decree into manifestation, for life is love, the most sensitive of all primordial substance and it is instantly responsive to the fiat of the individual creator. Gratitude, or the pouring forth of Thanksgiving, is one of the most glorious, uplifting and expanding expressions of life, for it not only gives ease of mind, body and spirit, but it springs up in a limitless profusion of gifts wherever the attention directs its currents, and that abiding love which we have sustained for millions of years and all the beings and powers of the angelic kingdom and the nature kingdom in this great endeavor, so that we may have the forward and onward progress of PEACE for all humanity upon this planet Earth and toward perfection. SO BE IT, in His name! Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM!
