You have individuals living their lives with a perfectly normal living situation. They go about their day with daily activities that would fool the most average of men and women. These individuals seem to act in ways that are very impressive, average, and ordinary and sometimes extraordinary but to take a closer look, they are broken, they may be ill and suffer in silence from their illness or may go through personal issues attacking them on a daily basis.
We all have encountered these individuals on a day to day basis, in our environment, homes, workplace, gym, café, school or church. These individuals are our closest family members, friends or a neighbor. They are you, they are me and yet these individuals operate in a society that totally ignores their actions. For years you may know an individual that makes you laugh till you cry and in that time and space remember the joy that it brought to you, how they were able to bring out that child-like humor that had been missing in your life. What folks don’t realize is that each one has the ability to tap into an individual’s radiation and have the gift to envelope that person with kindness, a smile, a tender word, a laugh or two, and sometimes a hug. Each one doesn’t realize that they have touched another individual to give them the extra boost that was needed.

A person that is going through some rough times, will not express or even convey to you that they are going through, may be sick or ill, been abused, neglected, having financial needs, spouse or children taking them through and they may require assistance in the form of laughter or just having the ability to make people laugh, in fact, is the very person that is actually needing a hug.
Most folks that are not closely related to the circumstances are invisible to the situation because it doesn’t affect or impact them. They are not compassionate enough to handle communicating with individuals that may be sick, ill or going through.
For those that may be suffering at this time: Excuse US for our ignorance of not knowing that you have an illness, or may be struggling and the capacity to understand how to help you.
Recently, my aunt Denise passed away suddenly, although she had been struggling for a few years with her illness, it still resonated across the family how sudden it happened. My aunt made an impact on my life and I would like to share a little portion with you about her…
What can I say about my aunt who always had time to chit chat about her life and the lives of other people, and she always had the last word getting off the phone?
She was a person who put others needs before her own needs. She took care of her husband, her sons, my cousins children, and my brother who had suffered from a stroke at the onset of my aunt being diagnosed with her illness. She was a busy bee. She kept extremely busy. I needed help with my daughter and she and her husband volunteered to assist her with her needs also. My aunt deserved a reward of being unselfish because she always put others needs before her own needs.
You would not be able to tell that she was going through the worse challenge in her life because she shield that part of her life from you. She closed the door to her struggle of dealing with life and the illness that strickened her. The only way you knew she was going through is if she were wearing her head scarf and few people were aware of that. The normalcy of every day life never stops a person who is truly going through because every day life is a continuum of daily activities that must go on. You are not able to take a rest, take a break, or go on vacation because the bills must be paid. The mortgage/rent is due, the lights must be on and the struggle continues for the people that are ill, this was in fact my Aunt Denise’s Path for five years. No rest, she had to get things done…
In holding a telephone conversation with my aunt, she would talk about everything but her illness. She didn’t shed light on it at all, she just lived and survived with it.
She would hold a conversation that would stretch into next week… I would want to say my piece ( in other words talk to her about what I initially called her about) and I would wait till she took a breath to exercise what I called her about and that breath from my aunt would not happen until way into the conversation, I would be waiting for about twenty minutes of conversation and she would continue on and on and on until I actually forgot what I called her about! I would get off the phone wondering why I called my aunt!
That went on for four years until last year when things began to change in Aunt Denise.
I remember aunt Denise was as strong as an ox! You couldn’t beat her at anything cause she always had the last word, she was full of life, full of strength and could not be defeated. She would go toe to toe winning at any conversation that was before her. Her insight into a situation was sharp and amazed me all the time that it didn’t take much of a story for aunt Denise to turn private detective, she was the investigator, sniffing out the smallest detail into the story and catching the plot line before you could tell her what had happened. She was very keen!
Strong and filled with so much love for her family. So much over the years have happened and the loss of family brought her focus more in tune with everyone she came into contact with. She was my inspiration to keep going, in my life, I had a few scares with my health and aunt Denise shined her story on me about defeating cancer, she would speak healing into her life and cancer would not reign over her at all. I started to have a regimen of walking each day and I started out up the hill, which for me was hard. It took a half hour for me to go 2miles up the hill each day, by the end of summer, I conquered that hill because I was inspired by what aunt Denise was going through in her life. She never knew I had the attack of diabetes trying to take over my life, she never knew about the major surgeries I had to battle, she never knew about my fight to live and be in the number of this thing called life because as I said before, she use to talk to me about everything going on with her, and aunt Denise always had the last word in our telephone conversations.
Do you know what it’s like to peel back a banana before you eat it? This banana represents apart of Aunt Denise that I wish I could have gotten to know sooner. The first impression of it looks ripe for eating until you bite into it only to find out that something is wrong. It’s not ripe at all.
This was apart of Aunt Denise’s life wherein the outer seemed put together but on closer analysis, there is something not quite right. The inner part was damaged. She could make you laugh so hard at the many jokes she told. Right?
Beautiful person. Beautiful Banana. Beautiful life. Beautiful wife.
When one goes to peel back one portion of the banana, there is pain from the past.
When one goes to peel back the second portion of the banana, there is a tug of war going on within, one goes through so many struggles in their life, the past is one thing that is so hard to forget. When one goes to peel back the third portion of the banana, they are experiencing a breakthrough, a metamorphic change is happening to them and their body is going through changes within. Somehow these changes are impacted by the things that we have gone through or that we are going through and all that we have endured has taken a toll on the very vessel that God gave us which is our physical bodies.
By the time we get to the understanding of it all, that is When one goes to peel back the Fourth and final portion of the banana, where this is an atonement, a peace that surpasses all understanding of oneself. An assurance that God is there within you. A resting place to confide with spirit the true nature of what is going on. Aunt Denise went through a lot in her life, she was hurt and went through pain at a young age, she battled demons every day in her youth, she became hardcore, rebellious, defiant, and filled with a fighting spirit about her. No demon would ever want to meet her in a dark alley, she stood strong, knocking down barriers in the pursuit for fighting off that which she struggled so hard to do which was to be herself.
I was so used to the hardcore Denise, the one who fought everybody through lip service, right? I was used to the tell them how you really feel character that she projected to everybody that I hadn’t noticed the metamorphic change she was going through.
How many people go through life wishing they had another chance to make it right?
Remember the banana has four portions that you peel back, right? In so doing this, this banana body of skin has an inner body too.
Peeling back the life of my dear aunt Denise was so hard for me to see the obvious before me.
In this last year my aunt became the atonement that she needed to cross over into the light. She became a beautiful woman, instead of hard core, she was soft as lamb skin, instead of rebellion, she became meek, instead of defiant, she became humble, more gentle, more quiet and peaceful. She accepted this change of the beautiful flower that she rose into being. She blossomed into the tender spirit that fit the requirement necessary to see the benevolent light and mighty legions of angels that were waiting to usher her home to glory where she was enveloped and surrounded by our loved ones who had gone before her also. She is at peace now.
The Bible states: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33
If you know that you are having to battle with an illness and you may need a lift from the ascended masters and the mighty legions of angels, you can always reach out to them through your God Presence within you.
Firstly, You must seek the Kingdom of God,
Secondly, Jesus said, “The Kingdom of God is within you!”

Third, You must act upon this now. Still Yourself in quietude. Go inward to your God Presence within you.
Fourth, Activate your “I AM” Presence by saying the following with JOY in your heart:
“Beloved ‘Mighty I AM Presence’ here ‘I AM’—a Projection of Thyself! Glorify Thyself in me, in the Projection of Thy Wondrous Perfection and Mighty Directing Intelligence! Cause this body to glow with Thy Perfect Health and Strength.” Please FEEL THIS, as I am describing it! “Cause this mind and body to glow with the Fulness of Thy Health and Energy; with Thy, Light Substance called forth from the Love Star, which cannot be requalified by human feeling. Charge me, my mind, body, and world, with the Fulness of Thy Light Substance; and cause the Intelligence which Thou art, Oh ‘Mighty I AM Presence,’ to sweep into action in my world; and produce Thy Perfection and hold Thy Dominion there.”” So be it,it is done. Almighty I AM, Almighty I AM, Almighty I AM! Amen
“The Apostle John says in his Gospel, “In him (God) was life and the life was the light of men and the light shineth in darkness and the darkness comprehendeth it not.” How do we find this kingdom and where and what is this light that John refers to? In the heart of every man there is a secret, airless chamber within which dwells the spark of divinity. This tiny spark is the gift of life, by which man lives, breathes and thinks. It is the motivating power of all his earthly activities, physical, mental and spiritual. It is a part of, and contains every potential quality of, the Godhead. It is the essence of being, and its emanation is light. It is threefold in nature and is, in fact, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit in embryo.”
“Where God’s presence is, his kingdom is. The body of man is, therefore, the temple of the living God. This is the “Secret Place of the Most High” mentioned in the Psalms and is what Jesus meant when he said, “When ye pray, enter into your closet and shut the door, and pray to your Father in secret.” When one turns the attention toward this hidden sanctuary and kneels in spirit before its holy altar, the feelings invoked by this inner desire release a spiritual force which fans the spark of life into a flame. Its threefold nature representing the love of the Father, the will of the Son and the power or action of the Holy Spirit flow outward into the personality and world of the devotee, illumining the intellect and revealing God’s divine plan for the individual and the planet. Heaven, then, is not a “place afar off.” We carry God and his kingdom around with us in our hearts. There is no peace, no happiness, no security outside of this kingdom, and it only awaits our recognition to make itself manifest. There is only one Father and one only begotten Son and that is the Christ nature of every man.”
I am most assured that my aunt Denise before passing away from this earthly experience, found that sacred chamber within her heart to connect to the beings of light on high and now with the spirit of the mighty legions of angels, I will leave you with this… Go there now my brethren, those that have a heavy burden, those who are ill, sick or shut in, those that may not know the goodness that is waiting for you when you seek and find the secret chamber that dwells within you. I submit to you today, it is the greatest feeling and blessing to experience this magnificent place. You must enter in a child-like manner and experience the beauty that awaits you.

In Love and Light,
Tammy Dennis, Spiritual Life Teacher, BBA, MSLAW, L.L.M.
