The definition of a scepter is an ornamented staff carried by rulers on ceremonial occasions as a symbol of sovereignty. In the kingdom of God, you are royalty and you must remember to operate from your kingdom citizen rights at all times.

Genesis 49:10 KJV ~ The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

1 Peter 2:9 KJV ~ But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Hebrews 1:8 KJV ~ But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

There is an electronic light streaming from the heart of your I AM Presence into your beating heart (in lay terms is sometimes called the Silver Cord) and it forms a constant scepter of dominion. When you combine the positive polarity of the threefold flame in your heart of your own individualized I AM Presence there is a receiving of the threefold flame within the physical heart. This is the truth of your very being and is a scepter of authority. However, the spirit of an unawakened human being has a different effect, in which the focus which abides within the physical heart is the negative polarity.

BUILDING YOUR MASTERY OF THE APPLICATION

The receiving center allows the light to sustain enough intelligence within the brain to stimulate the four lower bodies and to make the services which sustain one’s character and individual world. ¹“When one comes to a point where he is ready and able to serve great numbers of people and be a center of activity wherein much energy is to be set into motion for constructive purposes (protection, healing, etc.) he will find that the negative pole anchored within the heart becomes a positive center. Then you have the Three-fold Flame in the heart of the Presence at the upper end of your scepter (the “Silver Cord”) and the individualized focus of that flame within your physical heart as the opposite end. This forms a tremendous scepter of power which is really your own life!” In essence, the threefold flame is the center of love, wisdom and power within the physical heart. Above is positive polarity and below if you are not spiritually awakened the bottom portion is negative pole, thus to bring it into positive pole you must be awakened spiritually.

To be able to succeed in this, you may use any one or all the virtues of the Seven Rays. You can grasp and direct with authority to give any service or assistance required and wherever the need arises. We must remember that the scepter of authority is provided by Beloved Saint Germain for advancing students. The advancing students may grasp and use to redeem discordantly qualified energy, which causes it to become and radiate perfection.

For those who are learning and practicing the use, remember, a focus of that scepter is already within you, as the smaller Three-fold Flame at its lower end. That flame is beating your own physical heart and the larger one at the top of the scepter (your Silver Cord) is beating the heart of your Presence. You must know that your Silver Cord is truly your life and light which is pouring down into the immortal Three-fold Flame within your heart and it is that light which is then aimed and directed forth with such power to give the required assistance that is needed. The Silver Cord which is the life and light from your Presence allows that connection at all times to be bonded and if given the opportunity, your Presence will help you to hold the perfect poise and balance in your consciousness, within your outer form and aura.

THE COMMANDING ACTION OF THE SCEPTER

Once this happens, the experience of limitation is no longer in question because the radiating scepter of LIGHT is within you blazing forth. You will be able to mentally direct the scepter into the cause and core of whatever condition, needs perfecting. You will be able to focus on any person, place, condition or thing. The use of the scepter is really a commanding authority. You can draw forth and direct whatever activities of the Seven Rays are required, including protection, illumination, love, purity, concentration, peace and the power to use the Violet Fire of Transmutation when it is needed. Most activities require the ability to command and sustain Peace.

• Focus Attention on Your Heart.
• Mentally direct the scepter into the cause and core of whatever condition.
• Make a short command or decree.
• Build Up the momentum required, the use of your (thoughts and feelings.)
• Visualize the scepter of light, mentally “see” the scepter.

STEPS TO YOUR SCEPTER OF AUTHORITY

While visualization is in effect: Mentally focus on the scepter of light, mentally see the scepter, the top of the scepter is the glorious threefold flame from the heart of your presence, the crystal-white light (your silver cord) streaming down from it into your physical heart, then see the three-fold flame within your heart at the base of the scepter. ²“To visually see the scepter, you must mentally repress all your human form and the form of your Presence. Declare that the scepter is your life and your light, your own lifestream. This is the same power which every Ascended Host uses. We will now do the exercises with the actual substance of the virtues of the various rays called forth, will flow from the scepter as you so wield it and blessing all the life it contacts.”

1. 1^st Ray – Visualize Your Scepter in the following scenario: ³“See the “staff” become the magnificent (Blue) of Lord Michael and the First Ray, remember the three-fold flame at the top and bottom. The Blue Flame is the power of protection. Mentally grasp the scepter (which is vertical in position to start with) and lay it horizontally in the atmosphere of the room, if you have an audience, just a little above the heads of the assembly. Then let it move fan-like from left to right over the heads of all who are there. Let it move back to left again and then raise it to its original vertical position.”
2. 2^nd Ray – “The activity of the Second Ray (Yellow) and allow yourself to see the ⁴“staff” of that scepter having become a magnificent yellow flame which embodies the virtues of illumination, understanding and wisdom. First grasping the scepter in its vertical position, let it descend in a horizontal position again over the heads of the audience and then, fanlike, let it follow the movement from left to right, then back to its vertical position in the center.”
3. 3^rd Ray – ⁵“The activity of the Third Ray (Pink). Visualize that scepter (which is your own life flowing from your Presence), the “staff” thereof becoming now a beautiful shade of pink. You see, you qualify it by your thought, for you must first know what pink looks like. Then ask your Holy Christ Self to qualify the flame with its feeling of divine love. Let that scepter then descend horizontally to a point a little over the heads of the people and move it fan-like from left to right as before and therefore is directed this beautiful sparkling pink substance as it radiates the true feeling of divine love. Then return the scepter again to the position of the vertical life-line.”
4. 4^th Ray – ⁶“The activities of the Fourth Ray (White), we shall charge the scepter with the virtue of purity, the pure crystalline substance. We now let the scepter descend again into a horizontal position over the heads of the audience and, starting at the left in fan-like formation, let it swing to the right, back to the left again and then to its vertical position and so it pours its purifying radiation over the entire assembly.”
5. 5^th Ray – ⁷“The activity of the Fifth Ray (Green), let us visualize the scepter in the lovely green. This is the green flame of concentration, consecration and dedication to service. First, we hold the scepter in its vertical position. Then, as before, let it descend horizontally over the heads of the people and move fan-like from left to right and back to left again over the audience, pouring that power and feeling of divine consecration into, through and around the four lower bodies of each one present, then return it to its vertical position.”
6. 6^th Ray – ⁸“The activity of the Sixth Ray (Ruby Red and Gold), You may use this ray in a beautiful shade of brilliant gold, if you are more accustomed to using the Sixth Ray in that color and here you have the activities of ministration and peace. This will be one of the more active radiations to be drawn forth now and in the days to come. As you place that scepter in the usual horizontal position, try to feel that radiation of Christ peace and ministration as you visualize that virtue flooding out into the atmosphere of the room and being absorbed by the bodies of the people. Once, after you have used this activity for just your own home or study group, you can then ask your own Holy Christ Self and Jesus The Christ to expand that scepter until it is large enough and powerful enough to sweep fanlike over your entire city and bless all its inhabitants with the outpouring of that golden essence and feeling of God-peace. Always, at the end of its service of blessing, the scepter is returned to its vertical position.”
7. 7^th Ray – ⁹“The activity of the Seventh Ray, let us now draw on the power of transmutation, the (Violet) Fire. See that glorious scepter with the “staff” thereof made of beautiful living Violet Flame and place the scepter again in the horizontal position as we have been doing. Let it pour its transmuting blessings into the worlds of all present, having moved fanlike from left to right, back to left again and then to its vertical position.”

PRACTICE USING THE APPLICATIONS

The old adage is practice makes perfect. When you are by yourself, make sure to practice this exercise in the privacy of your own room. Raise your hand to grasp the scepter. After a few moments wait period, start to feel the momentum being felt throughout your body especially your arms and fingertips as you hold it. If you are out in public (restaurant, mall, or working) and the need arises for the use of the scepter of authority and power, you do not need to make excessive gestures, nor would you let anyone around you know you were making such a call. In such instance, you would silently make the call to your own I AM Presence and the Being whose ray you were using. Sometimes, you may see some response from the consciousness of certain individuals there who are receptive to the vibrations of the activities of one or more of the Seven Rays. You may not like working with all seven rays and may decide to pick just one ray, either way, it is good to work consciously on all seven rays. Using the rays at will and on demand when needed in any situation will allow you to instantly utilize these applications for the need of the hour.

Explanatory note: ¹⁰“The top of the scepter is, of course, the glorious Three-fold Flame from the heart of your I AM Presence and it is surrounded by a large sphere of crystal-white light which is its own natural protective radiance. Then, flowing from it is the “staff” of the scepter, in whatever color (quality) you wish to use it. The lower Three-fold Flame from the heart of the unascended lifestream is in an upright position, surrounded by a sphere of the same crystal-white light (its natural protection). This sphere of light holds the lower Three-fold Flame attached to the “staff” of the scepter.”

 

Prayer for today:

¹¹“Beloved God Presence of me, take command of my four lower bodies and of my being and world. Create and sustain in me a perfect picture of the Divine Design so wonderfully and fearfully created. See that this action of thy divine eye-picture of my being  is established in the forcefield of my whole being and maketh me Whole both now and forever.”

“See that this mighty focus is expanded without limit, establishing forever the patterns of the Divine Design in the temple immaculate which I AM. Conceive in me anew a clean heart and work in me the fullness of a right mind in action which shall remove all distortions in my flesh form and mental body, bringing about and establishing the wondrous purity of God as it descends, bearing the great power of the bells of Freedom which shall ring then in my soul, saying:”

“I spell an end to the death knell of human creation which would give power to disease and the wrong use of substance and Light’s energy! And I call forth and I invoke and I AM the fullness of the infinite Immanuel – God with me and within me, God established there, God in all his purity, God that is the Man-child that taketh dominion here and now in my being and world and is the fullness of my immortal perfection, conferring upon me the eternal vestments of God which shall be without end, in accordance with the jewellike perfect design, the holy symmetry of the ageless perfection of my being.”

“All this I AM! All this I ever shall be. And all this shall manifest in all and be all. For God alone is in his holy temple, and all of the world and its discordant voices shall keep silent before the perfection of my being until the dominion of God is given to the whole earth.”

“The Earth which I AM is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof. The earthen vessel which I AM shall now become the refined gold of the Holy spirit. The radiant Power of that Spirit shall stream forth from my heart’s Light and kindle around me the aura of the Infinite One – until circling me now is the angelic power of Light and the extenuation of Light and the attenuation of Light over the entire planetary body.”

…All of you have the power, if you will take it, and the scepter of authority and dominion in your own world to say unto your own Mighty I AM Presence
