THE CHOHANS REPRESENT SEVEN SPHERES
Some individuals may wonder about the Chohans and what they do. For each sphere, there are seven Chohans delegated to it. “1Every Chohan, each one of whom represents one of the seven spheres, has contributed, together with his sphere of activity, to the perfection that lies now within the etheric belt, awaiting its condensation into form. It is, therefore, a cooperative activity of the seven rays to see this externalized beauty and glory manifest for Earth and its people.” In the higher realms, beloved ones, everything follows a divine order. You are entering into the seventh age, and the Seventh Ray is ordered service, ceremony in which divine order is acknowledged and, our Lord Maha Chohan and the Chohans all act in wonderful reverence to the divine order of the spiritual Hierarchy and the facets of specialized energy each one of these beings represent and magnetize and draw forth. Divine order is dignity in the person, that dignity which is reflected in your words, your thoughts, your actions, and your feelings.
HUMANITY WAITING TO BE RELIEVED OF THE BURDEN
The tireless interest and energy that each individual is giving to the advancement of humanity and the aspiration and longing to contribute as much of one’s own specific sphere as the Earth and its people can take. The yearning for completion to all of our efforts would seem discouraging as one may grow impatient with the etheric realm as humanity is waiting to be relieved of its burden.
THE ANSWER IS THROUGH THE CONSCIOUS MIND OF EACH INDIVIDUAL
The Maha Chohan lets us know that, “2As this etheric perfection can only manifest THROUGH THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THOSE members of humanity who are still a part of 
the human race, the cooperation, understanding, and receptivity of these individuals is essential, to get the amount of work done that must be accomplished within the short space of time allotted to Earth and its guardians before we must move in our orbit into the next succeeding sphere, which has been already prepared through the kindness and love of Venus and her people. In other words, a planet of the beauty and perfection now expressed on Venus must be evolved IN LESS THAN TWENTY YEARS OF EARTH RECKONING, from planet Earth and its civilization of today. To this end have we begun a new rhythm, in which EVERY MAN WILL DO THE WORK OF TEN.” Your Father-Mother God – the source of your being and the creative heart-center of your present consciousness. Your consciousness holds within it, Your I AM Presence which became conscious of itself as a living, breathing being when it was first directed out of the Universal First Cause. When that presence found itself to be an individualization of God-consciousness, it then chose to draw, to itself, the substance of primal light (life) and qualified it with the God-ideas of its own, personal consciousness. This qualified light was then sent forth, by it, to create and expand the beauty, glory, and ecstasy of creation.
THE KARMIC COUNSEL PROCESS
The meeting of the first two thousand lifestreams were called by the Lords of Karma after which they examined their entire record of individual lifestreams whose outcome would depend on the next actions of the Karmic Council in which had been blessed by the Great Central Sun Messenger for the first dispensation.
The lifestreams were called upon to report individually in their etheric body and spoke before the entire assemblage in the presence of their sponsors. Beloved Maha Chohan expressed that these lifestreams were the first incarnate members of humanity to stand in the Hall of Judgement before the time of so-called death. Each one was divided by their individual endeavors and they appeared in that order and were grouped according to what they have done, their potential activities, and what they allowed to slide by. The Maha Chohan was uncertain about the next activity in which the Karmic Board’s initial results are determined by the initial experiment. During this time certain members chose not to avail themselves of the dispensation in which their own Christ Self made application, in so doing the need was great to determine the usefulness and ultimate victorious accomplishment. The sponsors by far are genuinely pleased with the results by which everyone’s feelings were mutual with respect to the Lords of Karma having an encouraging effect with the thought of granting the Higher Selves of the people to seize the energies and powers of the personality, and so fulfill its own purpose and design. 
The Maha Chohan states, “3No matter how great the struggle and resistance of the outer self may be, when the Higher Mental Body has been given this authority by the Lords of Karma, there is no possibility of lasting rebellion on the part of the individual, although for a time there may seem to be a terrific struggle. The Christ Self has not chosen idly to sustain an ego for millions of years, and when it is authorized by the Sun of the system to set aside the human free will of the individual, that authority will never again be relinquished, and sad it is that it was relinquished in the first place.” During this time, everyone is gathered at the retreat in the etheric bodies while the Karmic Board is making their determinations about the lifestreams higher mental body initial request outcome.
THE COSMIC LAW & THE LORDS OF KARMA
The Maha Chohan faithfulness to the planet and all humanity is encouraging, this genuine truth is poured forth from every sphere. He fosters these same truths in the law of the circle. He states, “4This is a world of cause and its ultimate effect. It acts under the natural Law of the Circle, called the Cosmic Law. If it were not for the initiative, interest, and personal sacrifice of intelligent beings who have made mankind’s welfare their business, the Karmic Law would act with FULL FORCE and there would be no possibility of transcending its effects or softening its lash. The dispensing of the karma to individuals, nations and the planet, itself, is under the direction of the Lords of Karma. They have embodied justice, but also mercy and love. It is part of the heritage of every lifestream, ascended and unascended, to use the authority of his own life and call for the transmutation of evil, mitigation of karmic retribution, and the creation of new causative centers which will yield well to the whole human race. The scales upon which such requests are measured must be evenly balanced. On one side, the potential good which such a proposed measure will effect in the evolution of the soul, the race, or the planet, is weighed, and on the other side, exactly how much energy the sponsor can offer to the Karmic Board as evidence of the voluntary support of his cause by both ascended and unascended beings. The exact procedure followed by an individual, a master, or a group of dedicated beings who are to apply to the Lords of Karma for dispensations of mercy, is somewhat as follows.
CONTEMPLATION OF DIVINE INSPIRATION TO BRING ABOUT THE DIVINE PLAN
Beloved Maha Chohan expressed that the “5Master or bold member of the race receives a divine inspiration in the quietude of his own God contemplation. He recalls it again and examines its possible worth as a means of fulfilling the divine plan, and widening the borders of the Father’s Kingdom. He then develops and matures this idea in his mind, and nourishes it with the love and strength of his own feeling nature.” 
The Legions of the First Ray often express and remind us of the Will of God and the Will to do for each lifestream to be about the Father’s business in getting things done on this planet Earth. This too is articulated in the Divine Plan that each one has for themselves and ensuring that we conscious remember the initiatives that we set out to do and not to forget our responsibility that our Higher Mental Bodies have pledged to the Lords of Karma and the Seventh Ray.

- “’I AM the outflow of the Cosmic Christ into civilization.”
Prayer Invocation:
In the name of my I AM Presence and in the name of all mankind, I give now full authority for the Earth and all world conditions to the beloved Ascended Masters Saint Germain, El Morya and the Maha Chohan to bring into manifestation the divine plan fulfilled!
Mighty I AM Presence, beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, Archangel Zadkiel and Amethyst, blaze through and around me the Transmuting Violet Flame, thy Sacred Fire. Purify and transmute all energy ever misqualified by me. Keep this flame sustained and powerfully active.
I Visualize My Mighty I AM Presence now, I Acknowledge My Mighty I AM Presence now, I Love My Mighty I AM Presence now, I Anticipate and I Demand you direct my activity, world and affairs! Take full command of me, sustain and expand it in conscious cosmic victory forever, guide and illumine me every step of the way. See that I render the greatest service possible. See in your wisdom that I make the ascension at the close of this embodiment. I AM the ascension manifesting! I thank you, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM, Beloved I AM.
